Hi, my name is Matt I was a part of the City Club scene back in the late 90's. I've been in college and traveling to Peru and Haiti off and on since then studying spiritism and whatnot. I do make it to Necto, but mostly on friday nights - ya ya whatever. ;)

Other than that I was out of touch for so long I haven't seen the old CC crew in years and I'd like to find them - Billy, Lauren, Muscles, etc.

Wow, thanks guys, you make me blush :grouphug

Hi there! :welcome: Peru and Haiti huh? That sounds way better than my mundane existance, what brought you to those two countries (if you don't mind me being nosey. Hopefully you don't because it happens alot )?

Since I was little I was always fascinated with witches and spirits and anything else paranormal, but I didn't really have an outlet for that till later. Haiti has a long history of having the most hardcore religion on earth - Vodou - so I wanted to study it and see what it's all about. The spirits there only work for pay though, so being mostly poor at the time it didn't help me much, but it was a fun experience. I studied with Mateyo Empie (I think I still owe her money) within the Peruvian shamanic tradition which is similar to Vodou but the spirits there aren't hard up for alcohol and blood, so it worked out much better. :)
