Yes, but the law states that they 'must' have representation. Someone's got to do it. It's just very "matter of fact". You aren't required to fall in face-first. You just hear their story and take that and apply it in the best way that you can with regards to legalities.

How do you know if everything they say is true or not? That's for the judge/jury to figure out.

I was just making a joke about how casual lawyers become, once you pay them. They're human too you know?

Anyway, let's get back to this Yum Yum thing...

Morals? You're killing me. Are we talking about human beings? I have no idea. Look, what is considered 'morally' right, here, may be considered wrong somewhere else. No one can really say what is right or wrong. So, if it's only lattitude and longitude that govern the behavior of men, then isn't the whole idea of ethics, completely worthless? Morals are learned, besides, and that makes them unnatural. They are imagined, rather than litteral, or 'real'.

The court, you should find more appealing though, if you like "morals", becuase the court room is sort of the 'circus' of morals. I think being a person of such and such values should make you 'more' likely to want to become a lawyer.

Does this mean you wan't to kill me?
