It'd be hard for it to hold up in court. The problem is, institutional clients are typically pretty loyal. Especially on the bond side (as opposed to stocks). Its hard to piss a customer off with a bond. Pretty easy to do with a bad stock pick.

Luckily, I'm pretty good, so if I have to start over with out my book of business, so be it.
