I Need A Little Help Guys...

My unemployment will run out next week. I can't find a job. I've been on every website, to every temp service, and put in tons of applications. I'm looking for something in the downriver area pretty much doing anything. Administrative, Customer Service, Telemarketing, Restaurant, Retail, ANYTHING (that I'm skilled to do obviously). I live alone...so if I don't make money...there is no help. Any help/suggestions would be appreciated. If I can't afford to live here, I'll have nowhere to go :( and I'm really stressing out.

I don't know how far you are willing to commute, but there is a new mall called Partridge Creek in Macomb on Hall Rd and Garfield right across the street from macomb College Center Campus. There is a Nordstroms store in there that is hiring. Go to their website and fill out an application.

Also, right across the street from the mall is a new restaurant/bar I think that is opening and they have a big Now Hiring sign on the door. It's called the Potbelly. There are quite a few stores up and down Hall Rd that are being built and will open fairly soon. It wouldn't hurt to check them out.

I don't know if they still are or not, but last time I passed the store called Papyrus in the same mall, they had a Now Hiring sign in the window.

Let me know if you need any more info or directions from where you are.

As much as it sucks, if worse comes to worse, fast food places always seem to be hiring.

comcast is still hiring like crazy for ann arbor *and* plymouth..... and the pay rate isnt bad for the commute.
