amalthea23
I think I need to get another thin brush for this stuff, and give it a shot wet. I'm really liking it though. Quick question, is there any difference between a makeup brush and a paint brush? Seems like one would have more choice in the craft store than the beauty supply store. TygerLili
I. Need. Red. :( FC, check out Make-Up Forever. I think it's eye shadow #99. Bright, stop-sign red, and heavy pigmentation. Can be used wet or dry. It's kind of expensive, but maybe you can get it cheaper on eBay or something. I've always skipped over them, because their colors are matte, and I like shimmery/sparkly make-up, but I broke down and bought the turquoise a few weeks ago. Awesome color! It puts my Urban Decay eye shadow to shame.
Rev.Reverence
...I need more colour.....and I sweat off shadow... I use liner all the way around (top lids for 'occasions')..... ..it doesn't clump, does it?.... I seriously hate it when you get your eyes just so... and there is a little clump... ...and then you try to get it off... and it smudges!!! .....then you're blamed ALL night for making everyone late for CLUB... Keep a bottle of make-up remover and a box of Q-Tips next to you any time you are doing eye make up. When you smudge, apply make up remover to one end of the Q-Tip, dab at the smudge with the damp end without rubbing to absorb the clump, then wipe away from the made up area with the dry end to remove the excess. Takes less than a minute to fix "oopsies" this way. It's saved me lots of times.
pomba gira
...I need more colour.....and I sweat off shadow... Urban Decay shadow primer potion. Works wonders. There are other shadow base/primer products out there, but this one is for serious party grrls! Using a dab of foundation as a base also works well. Using the Urban Decay stuff, I've had makeup jobs last through lifestyle parties where... well, never mind, but you gett he idea!
