You mean I-94, M-14, US-23, I-96, I-696, M-59 and I-75 aren't 80 mph? LoL.

What was I thinking? *this is where I put the smiley with the halo ... but he's gone*

(If I ever do get an SUV, I'm going to have to REALLY watch my speeds, they are bigger and therefore much easier to SEE speeding, unlike my little car where I blend in and claim I'm driving efficiently)

Mine goes to 140 (I actually just looked up interior pictures of the 3 on Mazda's website to make sure) ...

I mean, really -- Why would Mazda put it on there if it wasn't meant to be USED?

"Wir fahren, fahren fahren, auf der Autobahn.

Wir fahren, fahren fahren, auf der Autobahn.

Die Fahrbahn ist ein graues Band, weiße Streifen grüner Rand

Wir fahren, fahren fahren, auf der Autobahn.

Wir fahren, fahren fahren, auf der Autobahn.

Vor uns liegt ein weites Tal, die Sonne scheint mit Glitzerstrahl"

Back when I still lived in MI and had my tweaked VW I got in a race with a Firebird down I-94 headed back from Kalamazoo. We hit about 150mph before he started laughing his ass off, gave me the thumbs up, and backed out of it.

Scared the living shit out of my wife at the time.

Yet to build another car that can do that again though. Damn factory speed limiters. My Focus cuts out at about 110, plenty left in it but the computer says "no" and cuts the fuel/ignition. So I have to just go with that for now till I can get around to a rebuild on the RX-7.

That's why I didn't want a new car.. they build it that way so you can't run away from the cops lol.

I lil ford probe used to be a piece of junk but I loved it because it was a stick shift.

It used to beat mustangs like nothing :peanutbutterjellytime: and it was guy drivers, they used to get so pissed off and then they would hit on me lol.

Yeah my VW had a speed limiter on it. (it was a 96 golf)

I yoinked the factory computer and replaced it with something a little more agressive. That dumped the limiter and upped the engine's redline. Alot of other stuff was changed on it as well to be able to hit those speeds. Plus a partialy gutted interior, other than a cage it was track ready. When I traded it in out here in Oregon, the dealer was a little concerned about it street legality out here with all the emissions and stuff. (that's part of the reason I traded it before I had to get inspected for new plates. hehe)

Used to eat my fair share of Mustangs coming out of the Ramchargers parking lot in Livonia.
