I'll miss having this sort of thing be my backyard, instead of the suburban home that'll be right on the other side of a chainlink fence.

She intended that more as a "miss about my NC home" rather than NC in "total" as im sure she knows we have pasture land and cows aplenty.

She just meant her "house view in NC".

I'll be living in Wyandotte more than likely. No rolling hills & cows to be found there last time I looked. Though if you live within a walk of the river, that's a bonus for nice evening walks.

I don't like neighbors. But I dislike NC more than I dislike neighbors.

Looks like I will be settling in Wyandotte, as well. My guitarist found us a three bedroom house with basement, garage, and appliances for $750 / month. Pretty kickass, if I do say so myself.

Heh. We can get dressed like the goths/punks we are and go out at night and scare the neighbors.

What part of Wyandotte is your rental? I'm hoping to get close to the post office (Oak street not far from Biddle). Though not next to the Black Sheep Tavern. We lived in apartments next to there before, and the crowd leaving at night is freaking loud & rude.
