jadnifer
I am drinking a Welch's White Grape Peach juice and it tastes VERY good. However, it says that there is only 10% juice in there. What else is in there then? Just water?
jadnifer
I know other juices are like this too. It just strikes me as odd.
Gaf The Horse With Tears
Spin it around and read the label.
jadnifer
Spin it around and read the label. Well, I did that. Just find it odd that they just cant put 100% juice into things. The only brand I know of that doesn't have any fillers and is 100% juice is Juicey Juice.
Gaf The Horse With Tears
Fruit Juice - How Much Is Too Much? Juice is a very complicated thing for something so simple.
jadnifer
That was actually a very interesting article. I didn't know all the health risks that fruit jucie could cause for children.
Destroit
Probably "High Fructose Corn Syrup" or "Really Really Bad Sugar" in layman's terms. Juices are usually not healthy, especially if store bought. Your body always wants ya to eat the actual fruit, and juices almost always have a ton of refined sugar, so I never drink them. Oh and some water. Possibly some unnatural coloring.
