I Didn't Really Want To Come Home

We got to the airport really early, which was a good thing. The security line was unbelievebly long. Wayne estimated it to be over a 1/4 mile. It went fast, though. When I got on the plane, I wasn't afraid at all. I expected to be, but I wasn't. The takeoff was the biggest adrenaline rush I've ever experienced. It was so amazing to look down and see clouds, bodies of water, etc. Just unbelievable!

We landed, and were picked up by 2 of Wayne's coworkers. Got to the resort, checked in, etc. The place was just gorgeous! We went to Downtown Disney and shopped. Took pics (as you can see), and just took it all in. We had so much fun. Wayne had to work the following days that I was there, so we only saw each other at night. I spent only one day at the pool. Amazing how SPF 45 and shade in FL will wreck your gothy white skin with a tan.

I saw all sorts of cool things. Ducks, cranes, gators. Gators that chill in resorts are not afraid to come up to you looking for food! I got lots of pics of gators. Leaving was the hardest. Wayne was able to take a 2 hour break and hang out with me for a little while. He walked me to my shuttle and got teary-eyed. He asked the driver to take good care of me, as he didn't want me to leave. I didn't want to go, either. The place was just beautiful.

I flew back alone. I wasn't afraid. I made it through check-in, layovers, all of it. I'll do it again, too. I loved looking down at night and seeing all the lights twinkling and seeing how tiny everything was. It was just amazing......

My cats were so happy to see me. Sunny has been talking to me ever since I walked in the door, making it really hard to sleep. I can't wait to see my kids. I have stuff for them. All I really want to do is hug them.
