Hiii there! :welcome:

Welcome to DGN. BTW, this is a note to other DGN members: This girl has good taste (she already left me a comment saying my pics are cool :tongue:) so obviously she's a keeper.

Now...if you don't mind (notice I said "don't" meaning you don't have to) we have a little question thingy we like new members to post answers to because we wanna know more about who you are (in a non-creepy way, I promise :laugh:).

Also, you don't have to answer EVERY question. Like for instance, many people will answer everything except "location". Like that. And here's the questions...

Work? Vet. Assistant

How did you get here, may I ask?

They kidnapped me lmao j/k.. Well my parents wanted to move, so we did.

That was way back in 98' I miss it. It's nice for vacationing, hopefully I'll go visit next summer.

Why would I need to look it up? I'd be a poor excuse for an Athenian if I didn't know where the Macedonians live. It's in Albania right?

...isn't Macedonia it's own country (i.e. not Albania)? I may be wrong.

Either way, I have a feelin' she was talkin' 'bout the city (so go look that up). I would personally, but I'm at work at the moment...but sure as hell I will when I get home :)

Bitola was actually one of the most sophisticated cities back in the day, and it's right on the border of Greece.

Fashon is like a religion over there.. girls and guys dont go out of their house without looking their best. I personally got bored with it after 2 weeks of being there, too much dress up for me. Sometimes I just wanna longe in my sweats :happy:

I said I was an Athenian. As in Athens... Greece... Albania, Bulgaria and Macadonia are the three countries directly north of Greece.... and at one time all were considered Greek. Well, Bulgaria was actualy Thrace.. but.. yeah..

it was a joke.

oh boy I feel a serious head bumping here lol. I apologize for not understanding your joke, however Greece at the moment has some serious political problems with Macedonia (wanting us to change our flag, country name ect.) so I do get offended when people say that Macedonia is Albania or Greece (ok maybe I should open a topic about this lol). But enough about politics and such.. and as far as history goes, the answer to that question is like asking what came first the chicken or the egg. When Alexander the Great ruled that was all Macedonia (I understand that his mother was Greek, yet his father was Macedonian, so Alexander ruled Macedonia not Greece.), and then just like any other empire it crumbled.. so technically all that land was also Macedonia at one time including Greece and Egypt.. but I don't go around saying that Egypt is Macedonia. And I do appologize if you feel I have offended you in any way. :confused:

Oh god no. The history's of our peoples is very convoluted. When I say they were all Greek, I harken back to the days of the great city states. Hence referring to my self as Athenian rather than Greek. At the peak of "Greek" power and art... When they fought each other they were Thracian, Macedonian, Athenian, Spartan and the like... and then someone from "outside" the archipelago was a threat.. and suddenly everyone was Greek and fighting for the common cause.
