Ok, so I don't really watch TV at all (don't even have one where I stay that I can use.... on purpose.....)

At any rate, I've always despited reality TV. I think their definition of reality is superficial, and unreal.

I remember the last time I really enjoyed TV was in the 80s. As a child, I loved watching programs with important life lessons we could learn from. I watched TV go from a wholesome family activity, do a demoralized individual thing with many more choices for smut, and corruption to fill our heads with and destroy our morale as a nation all together. I mean really what we had left in the 80s was taken away from us in the 90s with the advent of the Internet, The Clinton Administration and all his smiles, I mean I really genuinely feel sorry for our country if we have to have Clinton in office again. Women's lib is destroying the world. Men feel worthless, and are becoming more and more unproductive, because the struggle between pussy and money has become more real than the struggle between good and evil.

On that note, what if we had true "Reality TV" shows with "REaL" issues that weren't "BORING" to the dumbest valley girl in California.

I truly believe that the success of any product or service relies on how much substance is there for an intellectual, and how much entertainment there is for a dumb valley girl. This is a pretty effective and balanced marketing equation no matter how you look at it (or how prejudice it is).

That being said, do you think a Reality TV show based on more than just the bullshit in life could be worthwhile?

What about a house full of different religions for the purpose of learning about each other. I'm sure there would be more than enough substance for the intellectual, and more than enough violence and really stupid shit for really stupid people.

What about stresses in art fields which is one of the most under appreciated jobs next to waitressing and serving. I'm an atom bomb and most people know it. I like things done a certain way, and if the job isn't done right and I blow up because you didn't listen to me, you just might end up with a trash can full of shit thrown at you. I'm sorry, but that's the way I am. I don't waste time or money of other people's and I don't expect mine to be disrespected just because I'm a nice guy that gives everything he has away. I'd like to know that what I'm giving away is being invested right.

What if I gave away these shows on the internet, and only made a small portion of profit to invest into bigger things, and had the help of some underappreciated artists in Detroit that wanted to make a difference in this world.

I don't know. Just a thought....

I hate reality TV, as it is!

I don't think there would be enough interest to keep something like that going. Most of the intelligent people I know don't even watch TV that often. The people who watch the most TV are the dumbed down masses who enjoy watching spoiled rich brats bitch about their parties not being perfect, or people hitting each other with chairs and pulling each others' wigs off. It's a bit frightening!

I really don't watch television much anymore as it is. When I do watch it, I watch shows that you can actually learn a few things from.

Doctor shows and police shows mostly. Learn some medical and forensics. I know that the topics are made up, but some of it is still how they actually do those things.

I occasionally watch sitcoms and cartoons intended for adult viewing. Not a whole lot much anymore though. I would rather read a book.

The major thing about reality television that I don't like is the fact that in all reality it isn't reality. I mean, it's edited. Reality isn't edited. It can't be true reality if it's edited.
