I've been logging into this website for a long time, and uploading pictures there.

Yesterday I stopped being able to do it.

I would click browse, upload, like usually and then when the green bars would start to fillup the little rectangle

to show it was uploading, it stopped.

Then, I got this message,

________________________________________________________________________________

________

The page cannot be displayed

The page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The Web site might be experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to adjust your browser settings.

To attempt fixing network connectivity problems, click Tools, and then click "Diagnose Connection Problems..."

Other options to try:

Click the Refresh button, or try again later.

If you typed the page address in the Address bar, make sure that it is spelled correctly.

To check your connection settings, click the Tools menu, and then click Internet Options. On the Connections tab, click Settings. The settings should match those provided by your local area network (LAN) administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).

See if your Internet connection settings are being detected. You can set Microsoft Windows to examine your network and automatically discover network connection settings (if your network administrator has enabled this setting).

Click the Tools menu, and then click Internet Options.

On the Connections tab, click LAN Settings.

Select Automatically detect settings, and then click OK.

Some sites require 128-bit connection security. Click the Help menu and then click About Internet Explorer to determine what strength security you have installed.

If you are trying to reach a secure site, make sure your Security settings can support it. Click the Tools menu, and then click Internet Options. On the Advanced tab, scroll to the Security section and check settings for SSL 2.0, SSL 3.0, TLS 1.0, PCT 1.0.

Click the Back button to try another link.

Clear cache and cookies

reset all zones to default

close browser

try again

Didn't work. Thanks though

Eternal,

It May be DGN, Troy posted a thread recently that said they are doin site upgrades and that there may be some technical glitches that may occur in the meantime. I would say ask him about it, it could be a temporary glitch that you have encountered.

This actually for a different site.

But I think Ill do a test upload to this site to see if it works

I HATE FIREFOX.

There I said it

Ive always used explorer and had no problems

But a couple people (non DGN) told me, that all the worlds problems

can be traced back to internet explorer.

And that if Firefox can achieve peace and harmony, it can help my problem too.

So, I downloaded firefox three times, and kept getting error messages.

Finally opened.

Then I log in to my site and all the tabs over lap.

Firefox offered to "remove image from the site"

Now I dont even see the tabs anymore.

NEW PROBLEM

How do I get the images restored on my site, so i can see if Firefox will let me upload pictures??

Thank you XXXOOO

Eternal

WELLLL...

I still can't view my tabs normally but I clicked View-->No style

and it gave me a bunch of empty boxes.

One of them got me where I needed to go.

I tried to uploaded my pictures, and nothing.

I take that back.

I got this message from Mozilla (the original one was from IE)---

________________________________________________________________

The connection was reset

The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

* The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few

moments.

* If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network

connection.

* If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure

that Firefox is permitted to access the Web

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Firefox rule #1 ... ALWAYS SAY NO.

(actually, this can be condensed by clicking "Never" for the first entire day)

.... Mozilla is MUCH better than IE, IMO ... I run both Firefox and Safari on my Mac.

Given that it's acting strange with Firefox as well, I'd venture to say something is screwed in your computer ... probably regarding your network connection from just YOUR computer, which the only way to fix that is your IT person who set the network up/maintains it.
