so I got it.

I picked up the Firestudio prefessional model audio interface, and pharoh is building me a new super computer from scratch to work with it. this thing, has EVERYTHING in it, multi inputs, phantom power, compression, cubase, reason, amplitube, drumagog LE, riffworks, BFD, etc etc etc.

she is the holy grail.

and I dont know how to work her, because I am technologically ignorant and stunted. But she is mine nonethelesss and I'm chubbin up.

finnaly, I get to do my album the way i want to, on my terms. I have to go touch myself now....

Yes, yess, I know EXACTLY what your talking about. Tax refunds rock. My wife picked me up MC-909, by ROLAND, and I had no ideal how to do crap on it for a couple of weeks. Now I gotta learn how to join WAV files (don't know if join is right word), 'cause it USB's them to my desk top, in 2:30min. chunks.

ANY SUGGESTIONS?

those of us who have done our time in bands (what the fuck am I talkign about???? Im STILL in bands) know very well how much you'd just LOVE to not have the hassles that accompany it all......if I want to write a song that features a Kazoo solo - I dont have to check in with anybody......
