No, I didn't do it myself. Way too much involved for that. The most I do myself is a deposit only glaze. This required a bleaching prior to the permanent apricot color and a semi-permanent for the violet brown.

Thank you all for your positive comments. It means a lot to me, especially since I've been feeling a bit humdrum lately. I just hope work doesn't freak... but then again, I am an IT nerd. They shouldn't be surprised after I had it deep violet brown most of last fall.

Hopefully you have better luck with the apricot color than I did. On me, if I'm not careful, it tends to fade quickly to pinkish/orangish blond.

Now someone tell me what color I should make my hair. I'm sick of it the way it is!
