I didn't know jack about your family UNTIL YOU brought it up .. At that point they become fair game, especially since you're the one who volunteered info about how they raised you. You give out information, it's free to be used here. Don't like that? Don't bring it up.

Two... I didn't say that when you have a child you automatically become a good parent. Ha... if that were true, the world would be a very different place. But until you are responsible for a child, your missing a piece of the puzzle. And you won't know that until it happens. Sure some people have a gift with children, I won't argue that, but it's STILL not the same. And trust me on the car thing, you have no clue what it is to push a car to it's limits until you've been on the track doing it for a while. I thought I did. I didn't. It's night and day... and parenting is the same.

If you reread my post you'll see I make allowances for exactly the kind of person you describe in your last two paragraphs. Someone who is just not moved by logic or punishment or pretty much anything else. Beating them is not going to do it either, so why bother???????????????????

I'm done arguing.

Love your back tracking, Marc....I also love how you think that from a few words, you come up with having every right, and knowledge, to judge some-ones life that you know nothing about.....and I'm not the only one you've done that too....if you don't like their ideals, you pounce like a cat starved with hunger and driven by rage. It's interesting actually....and doesn't really mark you as any decent UU that I've ever met...but I guess there always has to be a few bad apples in every bushel.

You said that having a child doesn't make me a good parent....but in the same breath tell me that I'll never know what it's like until I have a child of my own....sorry Marc....I've had to be a parent to enough children that I don't need to have one of my own to know how to be a parent, much less a good one. Taking care of a child is the same even if the child isn't yours....it's not night and day...it takes the same gifts in anyone: patience, intelligence, wisdom, and instinct. You can have 8 kids...and still not know how to do it as well as someone who it just comes up as instinct for....

"And trust me on the car thing, you have no clue what it is to push a car to it's limits until you've been on the track doing it for a while." I used to own a Nissan Skyline, Marc....I know all about pushing a car to it's limits...see...on your average track...there isn't any real danger...there is "race-world" danger....I used to push the Nissan to it's limits on dark roads in the middle of the country...having to deal with other cars, deer, 90 degree turns....the works....thats pushing a car...thats taking it to the limit....speed isn't the only limit...G-force...turning...drift capabilities...braking...handling....to REALLY push a car...you have to get it OFF the track and onto the open road.

You don't need a race track to know how to push a car....and you don't need to have a child to know how to be a good parent.....and sometimes being a good parent is doing things you would rather not do, to teach the child a lesson.

and btw, Marc....you making it out to be like I am saying "beat the fuck out of your child"...I will re-interate that I have made it a point that there is a differance between a proper whooping and a beating....please acknowledge that from now on.

Says the guy that thinks murder can be construed as art.

And pushing a car as fast as a GTR on public roads marks you as idiot and probably insane. That's a great way to endanger not only your own life but those of others as well. Way to put that into perspective for me, ace.

I hate people who do not except that how they may FEEL and REALITY are two very different things.

(Not pointed directly at anyone, its just really fucking annoying.)

first off...I said rare cases of murder....so if your gonna quote me...once again...get it right

and two....you risk just as much as behind the wheel of a car when it's on a track.

Insane....most the things we do on a day to day basis can be seen as "insane".

Idiot...I'll agree it's not the brightest thing I ever did.....but it disproves your point on only being able to push a car while on a track...doesn't it.

I hate when guys try to pick me up at the library, when I am clearly working on something and not wanting to be bothered. Seriously, if I wanted to meet guys I'd be at a singles mixer right now.

This happens EVERY time I go to my city library. I'm always getting hit on by foreign college guys here on a student visa. They must be desperate for green cards. It's getting downright annoying, almost to the point of being considered solicitation.

LOL, same here! Except it's at the OCC library where I go to school.

I hate it when you have friends, who are suppose to be sisters even, that say they would never betray you, and stand by you no matter what,

Then dump you for your ex and blame everything on you.

Egotistical assholes.

More like insecure and false, rather than egotistical. She obviously has to go along with whomever has the closest sphere of influence over her (which would be your ex, at the present). She is a puppet-person, and not worth the salt in your tears, luv. There are plenty of other "sisters" in the world to be gained, who are much more worthy of your friendship.

I absolutely hate when my supposedly good male friends of many years come to ME looking to pay for live entertainment, when their love life is not doing so fabulous. What a way to cross a friendship boundary! This always breaks my heart, because I know they have never cherished me as anything but "that girl"--my alter-ego; so, I may as well shake my ass, take all their money, and then never speak to them again. This is how I deal with rude customers. *straightface*

I also hate my affliction with literary Tourette's. It causes tics of brutal honesty.

I hate the fact that I push anyone who gets to close to me away. Self sabotoge is apparently one of my lesser qualities. I also hate that I gave up everything for a sister who doesn't appriciate it, and looks at me as a free babysitter and wedding planner. Last but not least I hate myself 99% of the time.

~Edit~

I thought of something else that I really hate these days. I hate how people say one thing but their actions say another. Mixed signals are freaking irritating beyond belief.
