jynxxxedangel
So where u at dawgs? DUDE! I actually HAD one of these when I worked in Vegas back in the early 1990's (I think it cost me about $500 brand new)! Ye olde 'mobile phone' or 'car phone'. I thought I was hot shit. The battery pack case looked very similar to a modern insulated lunchbox, or a large soft camera case. The phone was heavy, and constantly losing its charge!! If you went through a tunnel, chances were you were losing that call! BUT, the up-side was service was FREE back then-- all you needed was the set, and you were making phone calls. THEN came the days of purchasing calling cards. Hehe, I still had mine up until a few years back. I donated it to a friend who collects old gadgets. Ya I remember see'ing those around when I was a kid, there were couple of business type of guys wearing expensive suits and was talking on those phones as they were walking down the street. Lol they remind me of the type who has these parties at very expensive hotels and snort cocaine off these clear glass tables as they have there secretaries getting wasted and all horny.
