Not really, I mean aside from less pain, no. It feels as if nothing has been removed just feels normal...

After my hip surgeries, I was stuck in bed in a crappy nursing home and I got two pressure sores and they left two nasty scars on my right lower back and right side of my right upper thigh. The one on my thigh is really deep and nasty looking.

Trust me, if we compare scars, I''l win!!

That depends on the person I suppose...

But I took pictures of the pictures of my x rays. They're a little dark because I used the "pictures of documents" setting on my camera. It was the best setting for taking these pictures, and when I used the flash it was WAY too bright and it blurred everything. So it ended up looking better without the flash. But anyways, it's pretty visible where the implant is and what it looks like...I think...
