quitting your job because it sucks

This past friday I saw an ad at a machine shop that a friend of mine works at; when I was driving to one of our other subdivisions in Harrison Twp. I thought to myself that what the hell: Ill stop on my lunchbreak and drop off a resume and grab an application! So when that time came: I took the other van and dropped off the goods then filled out the application so I can mail it to the place this Monday. Honestly: I am sick and tired of hearing excuses on pay increases and other shit! Me and one of my other good good freinds are sick of the bullshit! My coworker wants to better himself just like I do and we are just getting sick of hearing excuses! Now I know why they have gone through alot of people over the years!! Its like you have to make 100 dollars an hour to suvive in this damnation! Well all I know is me and my buddy are definately over worked and under paid! I basically do not like to do 20 dollar an hour work for shit pay!!! I know other friends at the club and elsewhere that are in the same area and it sux!! As gas prices go up it pretty much ruins alot of peoples plans: let alone put alot of good people in hard times. I just hope that if this place hires me that things will get better instead of worse. I hope my friend that I work with gets a better job! I just know that when I turn 35 this June24 Even though I dont look it: I just do not want to be moving heavyass lumber around and doing non skilled work for the rest of my life!!All good people especially goths: deserve a good career! To hell with shit paying jobs they really suck!! see ya at CC next weekend !!

The main thing I come away with is....DAMN, HE IS 34, Holy SHIT!!

Next...just make sure you don't quit your job BEFORE you have a better one to replace it. That would not be self improvement.

Seriously, you are truly only as old as you feel and I couldn't tell you how many people I have met lately that have gone back to school while in their 30s. No more unskilled labor...

You can do it crank. :) It is good to see you posting, btw. I have been impressed with what I have read from you considering how quiet you have been in person.
