I almost didn't make it to the club. I swung by a theatre friend's high school graduation party on the way just to pop in, surprise her, and have some cake. But when I arrived she glomped me and one of her friends thought I was the coolest person ever and I got glompage from her too. So I had an 18 year old on one arm, a 17 year old on the other, and I just didn't feel like leaving. But I mustered up some willpower, bid my adieus, and came to CC. Where I didn't have a girl on any arm.

I have a question for anyone who was there and around me on the dancefloor that night: Did you see me fall ('cause I wiped out a few times) and when that happened...did you see my ass?

I don't care if my ass was seen, it's a LOT cuter than a good amount of the bare asses that come up in that club, I just think it's funny if anyone did .

Oh god, this is pretty tardy but I really meant to do this earlier. So much going on during my vacation in Michigan I forgot to. I will now, just because I want to express gratitude.

I went to City Club with Shade_Everdark. I had on a black pvc trenchcoat, large diamond patterned fishnet body stocking and studded platform sandals. Hair in two high pigtails. Black glitter and black teeth. Just for those of you who I did not get to meet and wondered if I really was there as promised.

I saw Saechalyn, Msterbeau, Chernobyl, Nienna, Disenchanted and his lovely corseted wife Sarah, and TygerLili looking so very school girl naughty.

I missed Finn somehow. And did not get to talk to DarkChylde. Apparently I have spotty memory since Tanuki was there and I can't recall talking to her. Sorry.

I am grateful to have the best night I have ever had there. The music was the best I have heard, most danceable. The creep level was low. My new dance shoes never showed up so the heels we a bit tricky but I managed to dance a bit. To my slightly tipsy and clumsy chagrin.

Post Script: I have no plans to move to Detroit anytime soon, if ever. I moved from the Detroit area to Seattle four years ago and love it here. I do intend to continue visiting Detroit. I will stay active on this board too! I have friends and loved ones there.
