If zombies were to attack!

First I would check myself for any open cuts to avoid leaving a trail, I would then spray myself down with somthing strong to mask my scent. Then i would wrap myself in something tuff and look for anything that can be used as a melee or blunt weapon. Following that I would look for some weels and make my way to the nearest gun shop or sporting goods store, there i would locate guns, bullets, some kind of armor and a backpack. I would then proceed to the nearest school where i would barricade the doors with tables and chairs and use the gates to section off the hallways. I would then make my way to the lunchroom for food and plan it out from there.

Psssht. Answer stealer . Actually we figured out that we would live because you're in good shape and I can be a make-shift medic, also I was the one that said to go to a School when we were talking about the Zombie Survival Test with Timata, I believe.

We've also determined that Constantin would be one of the first in our group to die due to the fact that in times of panic he tends to have really crazy ass chance ideas. Like barracading yourself in a gun shop...dumb stuff like that

In any case even if you were to make camp out of your nearest Junior or High School (Elementary schools are usually too small and only one story whereas college campuses, MCC being a prime example, is too open and you generally have to go outside to get from building to building. Both are bad ideas.) you would only want to set up camp there temporarily until you're able to equip yourself. That goes for any building. But a Junior/High School would be your best bet for being the safest and you could hold up there the longest. They're the safest because the cafeteria has food, you can pull those hallway fence things closed to block off areas, has a slew of make shift weapons, and desks/tables for barracading purposes.

The worst places to go would be either a hospital or military base. A hospital is your worse idea, because it is usually everyone's instinct to go there if they've been bitten, meaning by the time YOU get there it will basically be a huge zombie breeding ground with possible zombie-infected bodily fluids/substances all over the place. It's not like they'd even have the cure for being a zombie, the government or some crazy corporation would, so by going to the hospital you're wasting time and putting yourself in a situation of extreme risk.

A military base would seem like a REALLY good place to go. Soldiers, guns, very locked down, good security, government operated...seems safe? Sure...for the soldiers. You best bet in a time of emergency such as zombies, if you were to go waltzing right up to Selfridge Air Base, chances are, you'd be shot dead on site. The military doesn't fuck around in such types of emergency situations.

And with all that...I realize...I have too much time on my hands. And have also played too much RE in my time.

By the way we both agreed on the school I stole no ideas.

Ha Ha Ha wonderful you don't have to out run the zombies, just your freinds.

Exactly.... I didn't say "friends" though.... heh....

Next I would move to Detriot.... because all the people are leaving the city, and therefor the zombies would follow them

For sure but there'd still be some left feeding on the crack heads and the homeless, you don't want a zombie on crack after you.

I would also set every hippie I see on fire, since they resemble zombies in appearence, smell, and action... I would want to be better safe then sorry

Enough of the hippy jokes...ALL Goths are; by defunktual logic HIPPYS... :gathering: Ask FUNK&WAGNER

On to the planning...You nerds need a dork...here I am...

If your procuring guns&ammo...better to:

A)Gun store...You may pick up a useful 'friend'..or just barricade that store...probably not because of the front window that usually is in those.

B)Hit the Police station...a barricade may well be under construction...if not...they are highly defencable.

I will not be at a school, hospital, or shopping mall...they are death traps!

This is why I'm still working on that game. If anyones interested i'll post it when its done.

But . . . If zombies were to attack, I think I'd die. I'm fat, slow, and generally out of shape.

So if zombies were to attack, I'd be a zombie.

I would crack open the arms cabinet and arm my small army (My 5 sons).

We would then load up drinking water into the family car and head AWAY from population centers using back roads and open fields.

We would find a large hill in an open field with a house on it. They exist. We would then build a palisade to keep out the random stray zombie. Palisades are easy to build and strong enough to keep out a wave of zombies long enough to drive the escape vehicle out another gate. The water table is actually closer to the surface on hills too.. so a well would be easyer to dig.

"Goth" is an off shoot of the Punk sub-culture... the anti-hippys of the late 70's and early 80s.

The viral kind, definately.

D&D has zombies? I haven't played that much...all I've seen are those damn fucking Kobalds...

Yeah, didn't we determine that you and Jen would be the first ones to go? Then it would be Constantin because of his crazy ass ideas, and Raven and I would live. Or at least make it to "the end" and die epically.

Good point. I'd get the Pope to turn undead. He's gotta be at least a 30th level cleric. Zombies are only 1HD at most. They'd be so toast.

Seriously though (as serious as I can get for this thread), I'd do everything in this book.

I own that book, and it is pretty interesting.

D&D monsters dont run on HD anymore, and the zombies got new life in 4e what with flying, dog, frost, artillery, and big variants.

The viral kind, definately.

Kobolds, and I'm sorry about the lack of variety, I just wanted a quick and easy adventure, and that was the one that came in the back of the book. You will fight the games namesake soon enough . . .

Only 2 more rooms of kobolds in this dungeon, I promise.

    • Feeling happy to report that my neighbor and her cat are now back together.  I build her fur baby an indoor Cat Run and now the cat and her 3 kittens have been moved in.  I told my neighbor to make sure the little ones stay with their mother for at least 3 days in their new environment before she starts letting people handle and take the babies away.    I wish she would keep at least one of the 3 kittens, but apparently they are all already spoken for.

    • Well it happened, understandably but it still sucks.  I hated them both so I was going to be unhappy either way, but I do admit I hate Trump slightly more because of the narcissism, egomania, xenophobia, and misogyny.  On top of that that insufferable base of his who think that they are free to act the same way now that he's won.  The apologetics from them were horrible too where they handwaved away legitimate criticisms, and mocking those who brought them with "orange man bad!"   The one good thing to come out of this is punk music is going to absolutely rock for the next few years.  However I really just have one question... https://www.loudersound.com/features/andrew-eldritch-sisters-of-mercy-will-make-another-album-if-trump-is-elected IT'S HAPPENED TWICE NOW ANDY, WHERE'S OUR FUCKIN' ALBUM‽ Well, I guess at least I'll get to keep my guns.
