I knew my phone was about to take a poop. Was in the process of writing down numbers as I see no plug hole for puter interface...

My handicapped lady calls and I go give her a ride to doc.

On the way home I try to see what silly pic one of you sent me now...heh and, POOF!

Then it happens.

I can't LIVE! without these numbers!

Gah!

I have blank screen and all I can get into is pic mail shit. I go to sprint now.

(I talk like cave woman cause I feel like one this morning)

Hopefully, the guys at the Sprint store will be able to retrieve the information stored on your SIM card. All the numbers should still be in there, unless your phone massively shorted-out and fried it. You may even be able to move that exact same card to a new phone, if it's still intact. I hope, for your sake, that it's still good.

When I took care of that old lady with Alzheimer's, she microwaved my cell phone while I was putting some of her clothes in the dryer. I only left her alone upstairs, with my cell phone sitting unguarded on the counter, for about 50 seconds-- she could move FAST! I lost SO many numbers! I was devastated, as there was no saving that SIM card! Not to mention, the whole house stunk like fried phone battery for months.

A good way to get rid of the stench would be to rent an ozone machine to filter out the smell let it run for a few hours while you're not at home. For the microwave the less caustic way would be to cut a lemon in half and put it face down in some water, and microwave it.. OR use some water/ammonia half & half mixture.. and microwave that (this works the best).

Sorry to hear about the phone tho, that would really suck!!! :/

And in the words of one of my fav. authors.. "Don't Panic"

Sprint doesn't use SIM cards. Most of the time unless you use their internet back-up, your screwed.

My daughter has the pink Katana DLX. :) It used to be mine, a few phones ago.

... I have a pink LG Muziq sitting here waiting for her to keep her room clean.

I'm using a white Rumor now.
