I'm interested in becoming a model. I'm finding this difficult because I lack breasts. When I finally find some interest in others helping to build my portfolio, the shoots always fall through.

Following the assumption that I'm not alone in my difficulties, I'm imploring one and all to help out this uneducated fool. Any and all suggestions will be gratefully accepted.

lack of breasts are a horrible reason to deny you..

I for one love smaller chests.. in my world, there IS a such thing as too big.

If you're up for it, post a few photos of yourself. Alot of it could possibly have something to do with the photography. There's a few photographers here who just LOVE taking pictures of beautiful women *coughsmsterbeaucoughs*

Gather up some of your best photos, and create an album here on DGN. Just a suggestion, practice taking your own photos. my best ones were ones o took myself, w/ a good digital camera. some of them, you can't even tell i took, while holding the camer.

True enough! Especially around a place like this. Hopefully I'll have the beginnings of a portfolio by the end of next month and that can help to generate some interest.

Get on web sites like Model Mayhem. They're created to do just what you need - Network with other models, photographers, etc. Look for some in the area with portfolios that include men. Build your portfolio by working with people willing to do TFP/TFCD (Time for print or CD) and see where it goes from there.

Thanks! As soon as I can get one or two decent pics of myself, I intend to do exactly that. Does anyone know of any sites besides Model Mayhem or DeviantArt that are reputable and similar?

Of course I have blue eyes (true), I'm also a butcher (so while I'm thin, I have decent muscular definition), and everyone says I should play piano or bass guitar because of my hands (but I don't cause I have the manual dexterity of an epileptic slug).

Also, I can find a camera to borrow if you're serious. Nothing with the full manual features, but still pretty decent.

And thanks in advance for doing that research! I appreciate any help I can get.

Honestly, DBK being a part of Deviantboys is like NoirHalo being a part of Chaos.. I sit there and scratch my nuts wondering why those two waste their time with who they're with?

People forget what being a model is about, not to make YOU look sexy, but to simply be a body to put a product on and sell THAT PRODUCT.. not you... any other "modeling organization" for any other purpose than that is pure horse shit IMO, hence why I'd never give either DB, or Chaos any of my time ever for one.

I'll agree with you, though Chaos really isn't like that.. most people are in it for the ego trip and try to back stab the living hell out of one another.. deviantboys in my opinion is nothing better than some myspace, "look at me!!!" thing...
