I think my allergies are acting up.....I hope its not a sinus infection.

I've spent pretty much my whole weekend in bed. Earlier this week I kid you not I slept something like 18hrs.

Wtf dude??? Seriously????

I have no energy for anything. I slept 12hrs yesterday alone.

Bah.....

Major weather shift going on right now. Could be triggering mold blooms. And the barometric pressure is changing big time right now (I know cuz I be getting my migraines now). So yeah... if you have a system that is sensitive to such changes.... its gonna suck for a while.

I've been in the same blue funk lately. The mould and barometric pressure are reeking absolute havoc with my system. Every morning, I wake up with my eyes and throat (due to allergic asthma) just about swollen shut, and a headache. I've been living on Vicodin for the past week, because of it.

Hmmph...maybe that's why I've been getting headaches for a little while now. I didn't realize barometric pressure had an impact on that, but it does make sense. And here I was thinking I had either cancer or brain AIDS...silly.

Summer colds and flu aren't uncommon either. One way to know is to check the color of your mucus. Green or yellow probably means an infection (unless you're a heavy smoker, like me, because then some yellowishness is normal). If it is mostly white or clear, it is probably your allergies. However, as I have discovered nearly every spring and fall, prolonged allergy problems makes you more susceptible to infections. I highly recommend taking Loretidine 10mg daily if you know you have allergies. Buy the generic, it is the same stuff. Costco has a (nearly) year supply (300 pills) at $12.99. That's the cheapest I've found it. Other stuff: check out how the weather will affect common medical conditions specific to your area, like asthma, arthritis, allergies, migraines at weather.com, look up the tab called "Healthy Living".
