How Are You Feeling?

I could be better. The van decided to engage the alarm when I tried to start it in Milan today ... I can't find the killswitch and I couldn't get it started. It's still in Milan, I'm at home now. We still have to call AAA and get it towed if my shop guy doesn't know where the disabling switch is (I can't find it).

BUT .... I have to eat dinner before 7 pm today due to a late night MRI I'm scheduled for. So that has to be dealt with first. My Mom isn't coming down today due to her own medical issues, so I get to go do my MRI all by myself. (*joy*) And I've been up since 3 am and I'm supposed to take Ativan beforehand (which I think I'll skip since I have to drive myself).

.... and then the van probably needs to be towed to Garden City to get the alarm and auto start (*sad*) ripped out so this doesn't happen again.

It could be worse though.

Ex Wives..

I know the feeling ... only the other way around.

Ex husbands.

I feel better that the van mysteriously started after AAA was called. But sad it was probably the alarm or the electric start. I love my electric start, even though I don't drive it that much.

And sad that I was en route to retrieve a Mazda when I was allowed to have my last food/drink for my test tonight and am thirsty as ^&%%^&(()

Like I could use a 2 hour full body deep tissue massage with about 3 gallons of cold, green tea.

Somewhat satisfied that I was able to do about 6.5 miles in an hour.

Wow!

Impressive.

I'm assuming you mean by running?

I'm a runner, and an exsmoker, but I can only do 5 miles in an hour

Running/walking/Bataan Death March, what have you. I used to be able run 6 miles x 2 a day, with an hour of weight time between. Would love to get back there again.

Yeah, I smoke too much to run. But once upon a time, I'd walk 12 miles a day. I should like to do half of that now. Damn conveniences of cars. Damn cold, brrr. But I would consider just walking one mile each day. That's a sane goal, I think.

I used to work with a PT 5 days a week, she's off on medical leave so I might just have to join you in your understudy program
