Like the UK "The Office" is the lamest, most boring show I've ever seen. It's even worse than that horrifically unfunny "Mighty Boosh" nonsense. British comedy has really gone downhill since the days of "The Young Ones", "The Comic Strip", & "Absolutely Fabulous".

For all that... content & looking forward to getting on the road tomorrow. We should do lunch.

I am terrified...

My room mate called Ethan's phone. I dunno when, because it was dead, and we were doing some volunteering at The Hayloft...

anyways...

My cat..

Ryuu.. the love of my life... my fur-baby that means everything to me.. and he's only two...

she said that he's got a hole in his throat about the size of a dime ( i don't believe its that big, because she says he's acting fine, but I'm still scared, none the less) she said "if he's going to the vet tomorrow, you've got to come home and help make some money. I hate to do that to you but we have no money" if you know her or about her, you can only guess what that means... which pisses me off to no end. I have maybe $10 to my name, if that. I'm so scared right now. I'm exhausted but my tummy's in knots and I feel like shit. I'm still at Ethan's. I haven't been home yet to assess the situation. I want to be there for my cat... I'm so scared right now. I have no money, and no way of getting any in the next 24 hours.... if anyone.. anyone can help, please... I'm begging you. He's my child, at least, in my heart.. this is the worst feeling ever. I feel so helpless right now... I don't know what to do!!! :cry:

like no one cares.. he is just a cat, after all... nothing special, right? there will be others.....

that's like telling a mother, who's child just died, that "its ok, you can have more"

I am feeling really grateful for having friends who are willing to help. Thanks Enishi for helping me with Ryuu's crisis!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! you will never really know how thankful I really am.

Confused: where the heck did the spell check button go? o.O I know there use to be one (I know firefox has an internal spell check, but when that one fails, the old DGN one would catch what I missed.. I haven't really needed it until now, though.. and its gone... )

Ryuu is ok, and the proud wearer of a soft blue eCollar (that's the medical cones to keep em from licking themselves...) its rigged so he can't push it forward to scratch his neck. its a puncture, but it didn't hit anything vital. He's on antibiotics, and soft food. *sigh* I'm still worried about him, though. I won't feel better until the hole closes up.... which hopefully is soon. thank goodness he's got a high metabolism, and wounds heal almost twice as fast as regular breeds. he's not happy about the collar, and he keeps trying to rub the collar off lol

How did he get injured, is what I meant! Did he get into a scrap with one of the other animals?

As for how I'm feeling, STRESSED OUT!!!

I can't find my little Ziplok baggie full of spools of thread, and I NEEEEEEEED IT!!!!!!!!! *cusses in every language I can think of*

Like I'm glad GRG's kitty is going to be ok. Honestly, hun, I did read that this morning and I thought I commented on it. You'll have to forgive me, it's been a rotten fucking week.

Like I am happy that Charlie and I are both off work to go to the wedding tomorrow. Like I am still working on what to wear, but I am getting closer.

Like I need to stop comfort eating. I really hope starting the new job will help with that.

Sad that I have to work tomorrow and can't make it out to the wedding. :(

I'm also feeling like I have little desire to make the drive out to CC nowadays, especially with Necto and various college parties so close by in Ypsi...

Like the last two days were friggin amazing, UNTIL, last night when Jeremy and I got a call from work..... Not bad enough that they had forgotten that they fired people, so they were scrambling to fill in the shifts. But now co-workers are calling in sick and those shifts need to be covered also.... Oh well I guess our pay checks will ROCK at least.
