Not to sound funny, but I thought it was just me...I have been feeling that way for the past 2 days which doesn't make sense to me since I have always been alone to being with...

I feel so ridiculously drained. I don't sleep well, I can't eat well. It's been months; when will this go away and I can get on with my life?

Feeling much better now. Had a chance to cool down. I guess yesterday was the calm before the storm...now I just need to go fix 2 storm doors and chauffeur to a doctor's office...and life goes on

Totally out of it. Outside of watching the Danny Phantom Marathon earlier and The Legend of Korra just now, this day has been pretty much a sleep coma blur...

Unfortunately, feeling very not well. Can not exactly discern what the problem is, but I think I will try to take it easy for the next few days.

Feeling much better now that I discovered the reason for my discomfort was dehydration. Fortunately, I can treat that and get things back on track...and hopefully I wont be sick on Christmas this year...

Too much protein, overtrained shoulders, my ulcer, and a caffeine crash have caused me lack of energy. Tomorrow will hopefully be better because the first thing I'm doing is boiling up some coffee.

Day 2 of IF. I feel great, but I'm afraid because my stomach is tighter today, if I can't get in enough calories than I will have to expand my eating window.

or just choose foods that have a higher caloric content - adding walnuts, almonds, etc is an easy way - 200cal per closed handful (1 oz)...
