Worried now. I have never had an attack of vertigo last longer than 20 minutes. This one has been all day. I think I might need to go to the ER.

I woke up after dreaming about whipping some girls ass and my back is killing me...everytime I sleep in my bed it does that....so now i am on the couch..i ate a handful of painkillers cause 1 dont work. Also I usually dont have violent dreams...weird.

I had a much better dream after I fell asleep...the third time. I also keep putting off this paperwork that has a deadline of tomorrow thanks to the state and county oh and Obama fuckface the MCPN'S are basically competition with other MCPN'S to remain alive after next July..everyone else at work I keep reminding of the deadline and their like I dont care there is no way were going to hit it. I am tripping over it and their like fuck it ..they all act like this is the worst job in the world yea its the most difficult I have had abd yea they dont have the resources for us like enough computers but its the government what do they expect anyhow..I guess I will get breakfast for the kids get coffee and do what I can..I have no discipline right now.. Fuck.

It's just postponed for a little bit. It is agreed that one major meeting must take place, then we are back on track. However, it would be fun to do lunch with various "partners in crime" if we can find time.

Feels like I'm headed for a snack food overload. I forgot about my hyperglycemia and suffered a very bad episode this morning. Now my body is stuck in "feed me" mode...

I can't believe my doctor blew me off! My PCP is closed on Mondays and I seriously didn't want to go to the ER. Guess I've no choice now.
