Like throwing up. We just found SusieCat ripped apart in the vacant lot next door. Slinky and one of the kittens are missing. The other two kittens are hiding out of reach under the back porch. What happened to our furbabies?

Sorry to hear about this.  Sounds like you have a raccoon problem.  If you can chase the raccoons away, the kittens will feel a bit safer and may come out from under the porch.  We used to have similar issues with raccoon killing barn cats back home.  They can be nasty little critters.

Feeling tired, but happy. We had a lot of fun hanging out, eating, singing Karaoke and doing quizzes on ZIMBIO. Followed with giving Slinky some Friskies Party Mix snacks and a toy mouse to throw around. I can tell he is missing SusieCat, but he is adjusting.

Actually, we have more of a dog problem with the occasional opossum more so than raccoon. From the scene, you can tell it was dog related. Possibly two. One got the baby and the other got her.

I feel like I finally have closure to the attack on my outdoor furbabies Monday. While I was adding a barricade to the fence to keep Tawny and Baby Gray in the yard, I found the body of Black Bear-y. He had made it into my yard before succumbing to his injuries. Concerning SusieCat, her sacrifice allowed all of her babies to make it to safety. :cat::heart:

Feels like I've got too much going on right now.

The pipe dislodged from my catalytic converter on the way home from Southfield earlier. My nephew was sent home with a Pre-Suspension notice this afternoon. I have to order construction supplies asap to build a structure out back so the remaining furbabies won't freeze this coming winter. I need to order a dumpster so I can tear out the porch ceiling that has been acting as a bridge for critters to get into the house and making nests in the ceiling. And on top of all this, I am dealing with an irate Kali at the moment. I have no idea what she wants, but she is making it clear she wants something...claws = ouch.
