Feeling silly that I always get to this part of the night after The Gathering where I feel like I talked too much.  Feels like I should be over this type of thing by now.  It's only been 2 years...😔

But but, you really didn't talk to me....:cry

I effectively wiped myself out doing a Stamina pedal workout.  The aftermath felt exhilarating for all of the 15 minutes before I passed out.

😅

That's great.

The new science backed way doesn't require much change and typically seems to increase the results by a mininimum of 3x. Can do like a n hour workout (legitamtely) in 20 mins and is likely more effective. Lots of variations but a simple version is go 100% for 30secs-1 minute then just rest for 1-2 minutes, repeat till that fills up 8 mins+ or so. If your doing it right you won't make it longer than 45 (100% means absolutely 100%).  Google 'High intensity interval training' it's been a thing for awhile but didn't have search to back it up. Now its 'the way'.

Yeah, back when I was almost exclusively a personal wellness coach, I gave people workout regimens to fit their lifestyles along with healthy eating tips.  Now I just basically do it for myself, but it has been awhile since I have been able to find time to do any form of exercise that would get my heartrate up due to my high metabolism.  By chance, I stumbled across a sale for this little petal machine and now I can't stop using it throughout the day.

Glad I see the Dr tomorrow.  If my leg isn't feeling any better I hope the Dr can figure out what is up.  Right now it feels like the back calf area is partially asleep.  It's making it tricky to walk and stand.  Feels like my knee may buckle when I stand.  I am wondering if I moved wrong in my sleep and partially pinched a nerve.  Have things to do and can't because I can't trust standing.

Oh man.  I'm sorry. I hope you get better soon!

Feels like I've just about gotten the dizzies under control.  Now the world only moves very slightly when I lay down.  Apparently I had dehydrated more than I thought and regular water wasn't cutting it.  Felt like it was time for an Herbalife kick.

Check out pedialite.  It's a good option besides Gatorade products.

Pedialyte is my alternative go-to product for immediate electrolyte intake.  The only thing is, you must consume it within a certain period of time making it not very good for extended shelf life.  Also, I've been a fan of Gatorade since college (and my high school track and field days).

The cool thing with being a previous distributor of Herbalife is that I still get the discounts and since products come in powder form, I can keep them on hand for any emergency or intake need.

Knee is feeling better.  Not so happy after talking to the Dr today.

Today?!?

Dude, what time does your doctor's office open?  It's like 7:30 am now and you've already talked with them...I need to speak with them. 😮
