Cher's right, when I did yoga, my sides hurt every day.. it was GREAT!!!! :unsure:

Yes, the more you do the more sore you become. When I was weight training so hard that I would make Chuck Norris proud, I would crunch weights SO much that I couldn't WALK from the soreness. You'd be surprised how much your body can take. I was up to benching a clear 175 easy (arm benching, not leg benching, I could leg bench around 270-300 lbs), which is pretty good for females. I was trying to get up to benching at least 250 but ran into hard times and lost my gym membership :cry.

Now I am flabby and disgusting like veal :blushing:. This is why I need to invest in a home weight set, because no matter how hard money gets I will still be able to be sexy.

Can I start over again as a strappin' young guy, so I can become an ironworker, or something? This split-tail thing isn't working out so well, with the present economy.

All of these years of trying to be the best I can be, and educating myself, haven't amounted to much. I suspect there are high school students who make more money than I do.

Again with the money, playing heavily into my self-image. It's the ONLY thing I lack, and the thing all these people who keep sending me bills want most.
