Like I am about to take pain meds and antivert. Feeling spinny, nauseated, too much to do, and in kink withdrawal. I am cranky!

That would be fun, too. Morbid and I are all about the small group meet-ups.

frustrated - I really need a haircut. my ends are so bad that after one night, my hair feels and looks like i stuck my finger in a socket... the ends are nasty and it doesn't matter how much I brush it or how much conditioner I used... there's no getting around it... unfortunately, hair salons will not take lint as payment.... ugh and all i need is a straight haircut nothing fancy lol

tired - did not get much sleep... and I need a nap...

sadly:

restless - I have a mild form of restless leg syndrom... so it feels like my leg wants to run around all by itself LOL it gets like that when I'm really tired and just want to pass out, but the need to move my leg to justify the sensation that it is already moving keeps me awake...

the wrist finally has a brace... but my arm tires out easily because I can't bend and flex so my arm's gotta get use to working a different way... one day with it on, though and it feels like the muscles around my wrist are already starting to wither away LOL *sigh* I cant wait til it doesn't hurt anymore and I can take the brace off for more than 10-15 mins at a time....

Wishing one of the 20+ places I've sent resumes to in the last few weeks would call me back.

That makes two of us. :dry: I can't believe the guy from the diner, and the guy from Fibber's haven't called me! I don't know why people put up classifieds looking for help, when they don't even call people for interviews. Doesn't make any sense. I am more than qualified for both of those positions. I think it may be my age. :X I will never know why some bar and restaurant owners only want to hire attractive teenagers (most of whom have no work ethic or experience), over attractive and seasoned professionals. I always have to laugh, when I see the same places of business I applied at-- with "help wanted" signs and ads out again, a couple of weeks later. Age discrimination is alive and well, in the service and hospitality industry. :X

Right now, I'm feeling like I REALLY don't want to waste the afternoon in court. I have other things I would much rather be doing, than dealing with an ornery, dyspeptic referee.

Frustrated with money and time constraints.

I feel like I wish I qualified for more job positions. doesn't seem like anyone's hiring anymore for what I do qualify for.... and since my wrist is all effed up, I can't type as well as I use to (Hard to type with a brace on.. my pinkie can't reach all the letters LOL)

*sigh*

this sucks.....

not to mention that these days, everyone wants you to have a degree to be able to answer phones, take down messages, and make appointments..... come on people, I did that for a month during the summer. its easy! and I had to work a switchboard.... *rips hair out*

I don't want to live in this windowless matchbox forever! :sad:

GAWD I DON'T WANT TO GO TO THAT CLASS, TOMORROW!!!

I've learned everything I can learn, there. Now, it's just like Saturday detention, but ALL WEEK LONG. I go and sit, and do all the same job hunting I usually do here at home..except without being able to access DGN, YIM, Pandora, YouTube, Facebook, and MySpace to fill in the long periods of boredom. I am a grown, self-sufficient woman. I don't take kindly to being told what I have to do. I've done just fine all these years, on my own. No one was there to help me, I just survived. Everyone else in that class is on welfare. Me, I'm not getting a paycheck for my time.

My dues to the state are paid. It's not MY fault the damn MiSDU is so fucking slow to credit my case number. Until that money is in the coffer (which could take another two weeks!), I'm doomed to JET/Work First class. If I skip, I'll be charged with contempt of court.

I learned to write a cover letter, a resume, and thank you letters. I made the acquaintances of some nice people, who will be good to know in the future. I did very well on an aptitude test (TABE) that could qualify me for the "No Worker Left Behind" program. All of these things, I am thankful for. But now, going there and wasting 6 to 8 hours of my valuable day is more of a punishment, than anything. It's unfair, and very counterproductive. I need that time now to plan my escape.
