I don't know how the hell I forgot to post this, but Pestilence talked me into going, so I believe we're doing it Friday night. He says that although yes there's quite a bit of scantily clad women walking around that I would have no interest in...there is also scantily clad guys. He better not be lying to me just to get me to go...OR ELSE! *shakes fist* (especially since it's not really my cup of tea in the first place, I'm trying to have an open mind about it)

So we'll be there, we being myself, him, and his cousin Deadyeti (newer member, some of you may have met him at CC last weekend). I however, will not whip nor be whipped, it is of my strict philosophy that men like myself and Chuck Norris use fists and nothing else :tongue:.

And I'll try my best to feel good about myself and my merely average appearance and not let it ruin my weekend...once again...TRY being the key word :laugh:.

Chernobyl, you DID get the MOST votes for crushable babes. I am less crushable and yet I still will be strutting my stuff.

But to reiterate...Friday night is the fashion shoes (yes there will be some male models) and is focused on that. It is smaller and different then the Saturday night party. Both parties have dungeon equipment from my understanding (in case you are so inclined) and DJs. The Saturday night party is a lot more "action" with the performances and multiple rooms of music and more "party" party, if that makes any sense. Vena does a really good job describing the difference above. I just want to keep reminding everyone, just in case. I don't want people going to the friday night thing expecting saturday night type party and being disappointed, or missing out on all the fashion shows and stuff by only going Saturday, if that's what they are into. There are also daytime shows, workshops and vendors fri, sat and sun, FYI.

I'm going both nights, because god knows I love fashion and I love to party!! :D:D I just wish I could get there earlier tomorrow, but at least I should be there in time for the shows.

What's going on Sunday? And Saturday during the day?

a couple of fashion shows and performances. I think Wicked and Grey Gargoyle, maybe some corsets or girdles, some sort of circus themed show. There are vendor booths all weekend with toys, gear, clothes, and workshops on BDSM, rope bondage, belly dancing(I think). It's hard to remember when the site is down.

Hey Vena and Ally, I should be an "honorary promoter" with all this stuff :wink

Because that would be pretty AWESOME...but more often than not in this country I see things being called masquerade even though it's not, and not a single person is wearing a mask... So how about it?

That is a good question

From past experience, some will dress according to the theme, but most will not. The best thing to do is whatever YOU want. That is the beauty of an event like this. Wear what you could not or would not elsewhere, push your fashion boundaries along with your other boundaries, experiment.

I will be bringing my mask. Of course, I would have even if there was not a "masquerade" night. I'm not certain I will wear it, depends on what I feel like when the time comes.

Those coming Friday night, make some noise for me when I walk the runway (twice?)

And I better not hear "booing" :whip

maybe I'll just move things around in your house, so you can't find them and have a hidden camera catch you going crazy because things are not where they are suppose to be. I'll give her the footage after I get my laugh :evil:
