K, it's that time of year again. It might not be as good as the legendary "Faith & The Muse" birthday party of 04, but it will still be quite awesome.

I've got my friends "The Casket Bastards" and "The Amino Acids" playing live music on the second floor, and DJ's "Davo" and "Aqua Shoes Dave" spinning some of the best goth/industrial on the first and second floors (respectively).

Bartenders are Xyla, Marie, Kat (formerly of Luna), and Lisa (from Noir Leather).

Here is a flier for you all to gawk at, I know it looks a little crazy, I made it to look a little crazy, but just a little.

Also I hear that Mephisto's is 18+ now? So don't pay any attention to the age on the flier. Hell go anyhow since they have a habit of not caring, and bring a parent if you want to make it legal.

Q. Must minors be out of my bar/restaurant by 9pm?

A. Not necessarily, MCL 750.141, Section 141 of the Michigan Penal code states that a minor child under 17 years of age shall not be permitted to remain in a dance hall, saloon, barroom or any place where spiritous or intoxicating liquor, wine or beer ...is sold unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. The section does not prevent the township, city or village from establishing more stringent regulations. Also, some establishments have made it their own policy to ask minors to leave in the late evening however it is not a rule of the Michigan Liquor Control Commission.
