DarkChylde
One night when I was watching adult swim on cartoon network all of the sudden the screen went black, I got really fired up cuz I was right in a middle of a show. I figured maybe it was a little technical difficulty so I was like fuck it and turned the tv off and it'll be back on the next day no problem. After when I woke up my roomate just got home from work and told me when he tried watching the news before heading ta work, it wasnt working for some reason for him as well. I was like WTF!?!? I told him it went out the other night while I was watching tv. I turned the tv on ta see maybe it was working again, and of course the screen is still black, of course we can still see the channels being displayed at the bottom of the screen but theres nuthing there, after awhile we learned our neighbor's were having the same problem cuz they also use WOW, I was like *ok this is really fucked up* my roomate called them up ta see whut there problem is and they told him there having some display problems at the moment and it should be working again within 2 days, well apparently its been more than 2 days and the frickin cable STILL does not work. Me and my roomate are close ta saying fuck it and switch to comcast, there having this 29.99$ per month deal anyways and its way lot cheaper than paying 70$$ a month. These past few days I couldnt watch my daily programs late at night and its about ta drive me FUCKING INSANE! FUCK!! I NEED TV NOW!!! FUUUCK!!!! AAAAUUUUGGGGHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My pateince is almost gone and I feel I cant wait any longer :doh Sorry bout that y'all, usually when I dont get my toilet-humour programs I tend ta go crazy. But anyways im wondering if who-ever is using wow is having the same problem?
dragoth
This is why I broke my TV addiction many years ago. *no offence* Besides, now I get free live online tv.
Darque Knight
Make sure you call and complain again... Tell them that you are dissapointed with their service and the failure to repair the problem in the time they quoted, and you have no problem switching to a competitor. See if you can get them to give you a free month of cable. I did that last year when we had a cable outage and it seemed to work just fine.
