Mine is Venison/Deer, it was tough tho (I really like Bacon).

But then of course you could always wrap your deer meat with bacon, which would be the best heart attack I could ever hope for.

i agree with you totally here the only meat that even compares to venison in my opinion is fillet mignion (SP) which is wrapped in bacon typically... but venison is in a class of its own

also you could thinly slice venison and fry it up like bacon then you've got the best of both worlds...

I cannot resist the power of bacon...for serious. Pestilence will get pissed because Boshy will drop off groceries from time to time, and included in these groceries is usually about a pound of bacon. By the time he goes to make some for breakfast on the weekend (he works mornings during the week and therefore does not do breakfast) about 75% of it is gone because I ate it all.

North American Bison club steak, aged 14 days.

*puts several empty ramen packets under her pillow, and hopes there's really such thing as the Meat Fairy*

Thank you for saying Bison and not buffalo. We dont have Buffalo in the states, there Bison. You are such a smart person.

Oh I'm so sorry for being IGNORANT, although I am SMART!

....

you should know how to discern that.

But now I know we have bison...

Oh jeez, I learn something new every day!

Thank you for living up to your screen name.

Hey, that's not meat. That's vegi-burgers.

We've been infiltrated by a vegetarian! Quick, get her!

Those are damn good though.

I'm not a vegetarian. I just don't eat meat. I like eggs, dairy, and seafood though.
