I want it back. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Depends on how long the jewelry was in there and what guage the jewelry was. Example, if a guy has a 6 ga. P.A. for years, that hole will always be there, even though it'd shink down a bit. :whistling

Brenda Starrr
When I first had it done (10 years ago!) it hurt like Hell! I screamed in a really bad way. However, speed bumps and road ridges are now the most amazing things ever invented. I don't mind driving long distances any more. It has never caused a single problem. In fact, it makes everything better.
Rozzlyn
Didn't that hurt Brenda? Did it ever get in the way or cause problems? :doh <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I have the same piercing and, honestly, if you ask me, it hurt for like, only a few seconds, as the needle was going through. It hurt enough to make me vehemently anti-circumcision (at least for infants -- when you're an adult, you should be able to do anything you want with your own genitals), but unlike ripping skin off of a newborn's crotch, the pain was over almost instantly and I even rode my bicycle home. ManicQueen
I want mine done but I'm not about to just go up to the local piercing studio and spread em', so to speek. What's the healing process like with one of those? B~

What's the healing process like with one of those? B~ <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Mine healed rather quickly. Like I said, my pain was minimal. Of course, all piercings, no matter where you get them, should be allowed six to twelve months to "toughen out", so while the initial healing is rather quick, it's probably best to change the jewellery as seldom as possible during the first year. Brenda Starrr
It took mine no time to heal. The pain was only for a split second. I love this piercing.
Lilith
i had my hood pierced, it did not really hurt that much while i was getting it done, but then again i go somplace else in my head while i am being pierced, but afterward i hated my piercer (who is a good friend), felt like i fell off my bike am smacked my bizznesss on that bar in the middle. That lasted for 2 days and then no pain, it seems to heal realy quick after that. Car rides and bumps were fun or those rumble strips on the side of the high way yeah those were fun to accidently drive over......tight panties and or pants.....or just plain sitting at the computer fidgeiting a was fun, and they got this jelwery that vibrates...... .......... I dont have it in any more, i took it out for fear of it getting ripped out during sex and never put it back in, it has bonuses and does feel good but i lost some rough things while it was in because of fear. I can still see where it was, the main holes are still there,. I but i dont think it is completley open have not tried to get anything in it in a long time. Even though i took mine out, i would highly suggest getting it done. It really is not that painful to get done and it does add pleasure and a reg basis. My piercer does piercing in his home and he has no problems if you have people watch or there for moral support, he may even come to you or you can schedule a piercing/ tattoo party (my piercer and tattooist are close and often do these kind of event together to get the max benefit out of it ). If any one wants there #'s just PM me. They might travel too, so if you think you are to far away from me, pm me any how and i will send you there # and you can ask them. lilith
pomba gira
Didn't that hurt Brenda? Did it ever get in the way or cause problems? :doh <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I have a labia piercing... didn't hurt that much but then again I was reeaallly... um... heavily sedated at the time. Felt like getting pinched hard by someone with long fingernails. It was quite sore during the healing time but nothing I couldn't deal with (although I got a few comments at work on the bowlegged walk). It took a couple weeks to heal, my understanding is it would've been half as long if I hadn't insisted on having sex 2 days after getting it done (& 3 days... & 4 days...). I didn't get the hood piercing 'cos I thought it would be too... distracting for day-to-day wear... but this one has definite charms of its own. Planning to get a couple more this year if I can work out a deal w/the tattoo parlor that owes me work.
sinnaminn
my mother in law has a double labia pierce and she had her rings out for over a year and the holes didn't close.I guess it depends on how long you had them in from the time of the pierce. FarrIL
Now me, I'm more of a tattooist and have contemplated even getting a pubic tattoo done. I already have the tattoo design as well, I admit. As far as piercings go, I have 3 in each ear and the one I pierced myself is doing good. I had a bit of a setback when it got sore but things seem to be peachier now. And when it comes to other piercings, I'd rather get a genital piercing than a navel piercing. Period. IF I ever got a genital, it'd probably be a labia piercing. Dont know about any of the other parts but who knows. Nipples, neither are pierced but I've contemplated that too. I wouldnt want to get both done, for some reason, just the left one. And I'd probably wait til after I had kids. That's just my take on it. I've read up on the risks on BMEzine.com and Mastitis does NOT look pretty. >_O!!
