fashion trends that need to happen

Recommended Posts

I would like to see people express themselves thru thier clothes, in some way that would result in the quick and very painful death to ugg boots and crocs!!!

You know that Ugg is short for Ugg-ly, right?

OoOoOo! I have one!!! How about wearing pajamas ONLY AT HOME!!!!!

Ok. I drove my son to school in mine this morning. Otherwise, it looks lazy and stupid.

omg i agree with the pajama thing.

I would also like to do away with spandex anything in sizes over medium/large.

a trend i would love to see would be any tops that have cups for women who can actually fit in them and just just sit on top of there boobs. Or at least, cover the boobs to where they're not hanging out, or give you straps that hide your bra straps, i am sick of having to wear pretty, but uncomfortable bras, just becuase the stupid top im wearing shows them off and cover my belly.

I still wear lounging (hostess) pyjamas at home. :) Some are beautiful bias-cut dresses, with marabou-trimmed bolero jackets. Some are pants pyjamas, with a smoking jacket. All are beautiful enough to wear out, but I don't want them ruined. ;)

LOVE the 1920's.....hats are awesome....especially from the 20s...since I have very short hair, it can be tricky, but I can get aways with the flapper styles... LOVE that red one that was posted....but since I am also short, I have to make sure that hat isn't taller than me. So, I say go for it....wear a hat!

.... and the monocule

two things....first, kidnap all the top designers and force them to declare all body types fashionable. (there is no suck thing as an alternative-style mumu....trust me i've looked lol) and second, make piercings something not just for rebellious teens so i can wear mine to work....

I LOVE SAREES!

I wore one for halloween, complete with traditional jewelry etc. I am hoping to get a summer saree or two as they are so comfortable and pretty and drapey!

I highly recommend the site utsav sarees. The garments are made by hand in India, so they take a while to ship, but it's so worth it. Best of all, the prices are unbelievable.... they start at $15 and go up to $750...

You can browse sarees by price range, i usually look in the 0-25 USD or 26-50 USD ranges.

sarees for under $25!

Harajuku needs to break out of Tokyo more and come to America.

I would love nothing more than to spend my Sundays standing next to my fashionable friends and texting them, even though they're five feet from me, while the people of Royal Oak snap pictures talking about how they wish they could be less boring.

Annnd with that in mind, I'd love to also see a Corner Kid revival, but I don't think that will happen because Royal Oak is now called Birmingham and preppy mindless sheeple have taken over. I still go and sit, on the corner, waiting and waiting for people to come back that will never come, in the process going out of my way to make the yuppies feel as harassed and uncomfortable as humanly possible. This is war...and we were here FIRST. Why can't we have just ONE city? They fucking own everything else as it is, those rich miserable fucks.

And more YELLOW!!! Yellow is the most underrated and unappreciated color EVER. Maybe I should find a yellow tee for tonight...
