For those interested in Obama's plan his civilian force

Recommended Posts

Are you confused? Because I don't see what there is to be confused about. This has been talked about by Obama and Emanuel on multiple occasions and has been reported by the media regardless of political bias. Sadly, alot of people support it and I think that even if people didn't support it I would still be frightened at the fact that someone would concieve such a retarded plan.

P.S. Scroll down a little to seee the civilian force report.

now if he had said he wanted to increase the local/state police depts of the nation to match the military in size/power/funding, i probably wouldve voted for the guy. those are the only 'national civilian forces' this country needs. oh and we need far more police than there are military. id like to see .5-1:100 ratio, right now i think we're at .25-.3:100 of leos:citizens.

more funding and standards whould be nice. we all hear about about dickhead cops who dont give a damn about constitutional rights, yes for a police officer its not easy doing there duty and keeping the freedoms of individuals at the same time, its a tight rope to walk to do your job without stepping your bounds, or not being able to do much other then responding to phone calls. but on the flip side i sure dont want ignorant cops out there pointing fingers on a racial, or class assumption.
