I miss my mom's old car.. the thing was 14 when she got it (when I was three) and she sold it to someone when I was 10... its still puttering around my home town... I have no idea what kind of car it was... mom told me that it was "American Made" the amazing thing about the car's age is that it wasn't taken care of like a vintage car... you had to roll the windows down and run the heat, so that the engine wouldn't over heat (during the summer) and during the winter.... the heater didn't really work all that well... oh! and before the airconditioner died, you had to go under the hood and switch it over manually, cuz the part that connected to that switch, between the dash on the inside of the car, and the one under the hood... it broke and they didn't make it anymore... so yeah.... lmao but that car is linked to a lot of good times.. lots of road trips.. (I still don't know how that thing made it to Hollywood, FL all the way from Sumpter, SC, twice!)

I miss my 1979 Camaro.

If I hadn't made such a stupid choice 1/21/94, I would still have it. (NO, I was NOT drunk)

That nite, I was driving home and the road I was on, has a hill at the end of it that I didn't feel like getting stuck on.

So, I thought, well if I just hit the gas alittle hard, I could then just coast up the hill, and turn onto my street and not get stuck.

I didn't know that there was going to be a patch of black ice under the lightly snow covered road at the base of the hill section of the road.

I didn't know about the patch of black ice, was veiled by a thin layer of snow, because that part of the road has tall trees on both sides and No street lights, so it gets pretty dark there around midnite.

It was a dark maroon red outside, with a black interior. It had a 4 speed manual transmission and a nice 5.7 liter V8.

Miss my 1979 RX-7, Designation: The Mach 5. The first year they came out, five months into production, and only 60K on the original engine. I had just started the logistics of starting to restore it then one day a red Honda Civic pulled out in front of me, sent my radiator and my oil cooler into the engine bay, and destroyed it.

I still had enough of the car together to get it off of the road under it's own power. The Civic was totaled, and had to be towed.

Yes, I name my cars.

the 1993 RX-7 Designation: Godphoenix

the Saturn Designation: Nadescio

I miss my 1999 Merc Cougar V6. Full molded Terminator body kit, 18" RO_JA Neo5 rims, Tru Bendz stainless dual exhaust, 4.5" N1 mufflers, molded Buddy Club2 roof scoop, Toyo Proxy FZ4 tires, APC type B wing, NOS 75 shot pro fogger kit, lambo doors, and F1 fenders. Over 6K in parts and ALL wrench time and body work done by me :cry, his name was Trbocat. He was 1 week away from turbo and paint and I lost him because of my now ex-uber bitch and my own stupidity :wallbash: I miss that car so much :cry

My Suzuki Swift got killed by some idiot while parked on the street. That car was a riot. RIP.

I miss both of the Honda CRX race cars I built. I'm pretty sure the first one is toast now... the second one, as far as i know, is somewhere near Halifax Nova Scotia.
