NYE @ City Club is a night to party like no other ! ! !

Balloons, Party Favors, and a Champagne toast @ Midnight, its all about a FUN night out with Friends ! ! !

This NYE CITY CLUB has Dj COCO spinnin OLD SKOOL in the Leland Ball Room ! ! !

This NYE we are not in the basement, the LAB will not be open.

This NYE we are taking the night to a whole new level, CITY CLUB and the Leland Ball Room will be OPEN as will the Lobby Bar ! ! !

We encourage our Guests to DRESS TO IMPRESS for this very special night ! ! ! As always there is NO DRESS CODE, so feel free to be as creative as you like.

No labrynth? Last year I had a blast with Darks Choir and Tara at the Lab is this a fact bro?

Darks Choir put on a great show for our guests last year ! ! !

He has other plans for this year and although the LAB has its issues, it's best to use the Leland Ballroom this year.

With the Awesome DJ's and all the DRINK SPECIALS this year is going to be its own Great night out with Friends ! ! !

It's flooded, and has not been open for a while.

Psssht...saw that coming. The building has been coming down for years. We all better hope it doesn't officially come down one of these Saturdays when there's a good amount of people and we're all dancing just right.

My theory as to why the sound system hasn't been updated ever: because if they added any bass it would take down the place.

Will not be there NYE, oh sexy City Club, but will be there rocking DGN Appreciation Night.

It's flooded, and has not been open for a while.

I haven't been down to city since halloween eve or wait thanksgiving eve with tracy and no one even told me how bad the conditions are in the building structure shit makes me want to not even go there now. Necto has a safer structure.

The Leland is not going anywhere ! ! !

The LAB is not being used per the Managements decision to keep things on 1 floor this year.

The Chicken Little thinking that the sky is falling is more than just a tad over dramatic.

There is only 1 City Club, and this years line up of the BEST DJ's spinnin the tunes we all love to dance the night away to can be found ONLY @ the Leland ! ! !

OUR DRINK SPECIALS STARTING @ ONLY $1 are sure to make this NYE 1 to remember ! ! !

Don't be scared, get off your couch and have a FUN night out with Friends ! ! !

I'm excited!! I'll be there of course! I am a little disappointed about the Lab only because I have heard its stories but I missed its existence...and I was thinking this would finally be my chance to see it! But I am excited about the DJ line-up, and to go catch Coco spinning in the ballroom!

Really? Wow, I had no idea. I was looking forward to it being open for NYE too. That just means City Club will be EXTRA-crowded. :ohmy:

      So I just got back from Happy Endings and I saw @DJ Saintthere.  He told me that after I got kicked out of High Dive that later on Mike also attacked him, and Mike and his crew were also kicked out.  Then we talked about the scene and possible upcoming gigs.  I hope something comes his way soon, as well as mine too.  With the current economy I think more club owners will be hungry to try more things like goth/industrial/other alternative nights.  I've also heard that GenZ isn't online dating and is actually going out into the world to meet people which may also help business owners, though they aren't drinking which doesn't really help much.  I think more places are going to need to start serving food and mocktails to make up the difference. Then Mike showed up at Happy Endings which I thought was highly likely because I hadn't seen him there in a while, and @DJ Aaron Hingst,@elektrosonik, and his husband Tim were all there too.  He did something else I wasn't expecting...  Which was he actually shook my hand and said it was good to see me, which caught me a little off guard.  He didn't apologize for anything but it's a start I think.  I told him I was sorry to hear about @djpleasurekitten's passing (which I was/am.  Despite the rift that ended up existing between us we were friends at one point.) So maybe he's moving on finally?  If so then I'm glad.  I'm still not sure if I'll ever go back, but it is at least a start, and it's nice to actually see he's trying to bury the hatchet in something other than my skull.

      Stargate Universe, which everyone said sucked but I'm actually enjoying it? Like there are less jokes, but lots of dark humor, and people might actually die rather than have 10ft thick plot armor?  Yes please more of this!
