No VOD? I know I saw Fin online late last night, so I take it he didn't go out either?

I let Scott take Emma home so I could go with tastywonderbunny to check out the sunrise from Belle Isle. Mother nature didn't let us down. Absolutely awe inspiring.

I will issue a more thorough report later when my brain is functioning a bit better. Suffice to say - it was EPIC!! Kinda funny since Scott and I were feeling a bit mopey before we left.

Nice. Calix would be the perfect person to share a lovely sunrise with... It sounds like everyone had a great night.

Nature and it's beauty are often awe inspiring and uplifting Marc. That's why I spend as much "reflection time" outdoors as I can. It revitalizes and recharges my batteries. I'm glad your night ended on a high note buddy!

Was really great to see everyone out and about last night.

There were a TON of requests, so if we did not get to yours because of time constraints, we're sorry. To the person who gave us the cd of requests that was mysteriously missing at the end of the night, your cd has been located! Apparently it somehow got stuck in with one of the other dj's cd books on accident :( At any rate, if you'd like it back, feel free to PM me and we can arrange it :)

Looking forward to seeing some of you on Friday!

Fun and interesting night. Good to see many friends out celebrating. Excellent to have Joe Darque home for a bit and he seemed right at place again in the DJ booth. Void 6 and Pleasurekitten tore it up. I enjoyed playing music for you all as well. :dj:

Play list should be coming soon - I don't know which of us DJ's ended up with it at the end of the night.

I had a mild hangover this morning, which is a rarity in my book.

oh, and on a side note, I had an interesting conversation with Elf's father last night.....(for those who don't know, I've officially renamed Eleven)...yeah, um...strange but interesting conversation. hm...actually, I don't know how the heck it came up, or why he even bothered to tell me what he told me....

weird weird weird, but good weird....actually, it was pretty damn funny....

You too eh??? LOL Quite a character, that one.

Oh fuck.

What a night!!

It was great and amazing in so many ways. But I am a little sad that I was so drunk that I didn't get to really TALK to anyone and I didn't meet Joe Darque and I didn't dance much and I didn't really hear a lot of the music!! XDXD But I *did* get to do a lot of very fun things instead!!

I had to run around a LOT trying to avoid drama and whatnot, but I had an amazing time checking out all 3 locations and dancing to some motown and drinking some goddamn $1 tequila...for serious? $1? That's NOT GOOD!! (By which I mean it is awesome...I had a few...um...yeah)

I forgot to try the mimosa!!! DAMMIT!!!

Oh I'm just babbling right now. Sorry! I had a good night though! My god!

AKEMASHITE OMEDETOU GOZAIMASU BABY! Happy New Year to everyone!!! <3<3<3

Can't wait to see everyone again tomorrow night!!

Hey TheOsakaKoneko,

Its a good thing that I get to see alot of what happens in my house. LOL

You were seen talking to ALOT of people.

You danced to many sweet tunes.

You did meet longtime Resident DJ JOE DARQUE, albeit VERY LATE in the night. You were very intoxicated and thanked him for a great night.

Afterwards you were amoung the MANY good people of CITY CLUB who hung out @ LUCIE & ETHELS Diner for hours after the bar closed!

Thank you for being so lovelie last night, can't wait to have you back inside me soon ! ! !

All I know is my cell phone was ringing at 2 am. I didn't get up in time to answer it. But, it was taysteewonderbunny's number, and there was a brief message with lots of noise in the backgroud. I think her phone accidentally called mine.

NOOOOOOoooooooooo! Actually, when I realized you weren't at CC, I tried calling you to wish you happy New Year, but I gave up on that cuz it was so loud. I tried being louder; it obviously didn't work. You were the first of five in my phone book I was going to call, but I realized it was hopeless. Sorry for the noise! Happy New Year anyway!

    • I am currently floored.   FedEx did a massive 6 box delivery to the wrong address.  I had an autoship order scheduled to arrive before this past weekend.  Nothing showed up.  I contacted the order site and they had a link for the order...a photo of all my boxes thrown in the snow and up the sidewalk of a residence that was not mine.   You would think that at some point, the driver would have looked at the delivery address after they kept throwing box upon box at this location with no shelter from the elements.  They didn't even knock on the door to inform the residents that massive 65+ pound boxes were left all over their walkway.  Nope.  Just dumped them, took a photo as they were walking away and left.   I wonder what the person who found all of those misdelivered boxes must have been thinking when they saw them.  Maybe they kept everything to use, distribute or sell.  No idea.  No claim was filed on that end as of yet.   Fortunately for me, one of the sites that I ordered from, replaced everything at no extra cost.   Unfortunately, now I'm concerned for the other items yet to be delivered.   Needless to say, I'll be watching my notifications like a hawk.

    • ~~~~~ Yeah, thank you for the check-in.   Happy to say it was all a misunderstanding.  But she pulled out her "ghetto" and that's when things went South.  I get very professional minded when I enter into situations like that because when someone starts bring the court into conversations, I'm in court 2 times a year, every year, so don't go there with me because I will get legal all over you.   She did try to change what she thought she might have said, but I had to call her on it because it's all in written text.  Then she apologized and we were able to have a decent conversation.   I know I joke about me talking so much that people don't hear what I say except for keywords that they are looking for, but that is exactly what happened here.  She heard "payment", "money" and "help out".  It was crazy.  I literally had to have the entire conversation all over again, but I definitely condensed it to only address those 3 words.   Things are back on track, but I emphasized that if she every needed clarification for anything, please say something first instead of jumping to conclusions, then questioning that conclusion, then answering that conclusion, then getting upset at the answer and taking it out on someone who doesn't have a clue what the San Juan Hill just happened.   But this is exactly the reason I do everything with a paper trail.
