So i have my new job, im an optician, and im loving it. their prices are dirt cheap! if theres anyone here who wears contacts let me know because we have a website where you can enter your info (or give it to me and i can do it) pick out your contacts and in about 5 days have them shipped to your door for free. the contacts are rediculously inexpensive! also if anyone lives near the BC area i can get you an amazing deal on glasses as well

just to give you an idea on glasses, our top of the line designer frames (baby phat, sean john, vogue) are only 130 and that includes single vision plastic frames but were also offering specials on 2 pair so you could do two pair of the 130 for only 199! to upgrade to better lenses (with lots of add ons in our package) will only cost about another 100 bucks! add anti reflective coating thats another 45 so for the top of the line designer frames with the best add ons your only looking at about 350 bucks, that for 2 pair! on top of that if you decide to go with the two pair your exam is free :) also marc, your kids are under 13 correct? well kids 13 and under automatically get a polycarb upgrade for free (more scratch resistance and wont break). basically what im getting at is were cheap. we dont even accept insurance because are prices are to low and you would be paying more with insurance than just buying outright. also a lot of companys have a reimbursment program on their isurance where you pay for the glasses and theyll give you up to a couple hundred back. now most places that might cover half or less, here it would cover most if not all!

Wow. Thats way cheaper than anything over on this side of the state.

BC area?

yea, its not the area, its the store.

BC=Battle Creek, the best thing i can say is bring it up on a map cause im not sure where your at.

i actually do need to refill my contacts just about now. whats the site? :)

the site is called bestcontacts.com. your script has to be valid to use it but the script can be from any doc. if you need a script we charge 60 bucks or you can do our membership which is good for 3 years. you get 2 exams per year for each year free plus you get 10% off you contact purchases. this also makes your first visit free, taking away 1 exam for that year. even if you only come in once a year for a new script your paying 33 bucks for each one ( i know around here most cl exams are about 90-110) so its a good deal. if they ask where you heard about them tell them Dawn Battle Creek Mi Store

I'm interested in getting colored contacts, but I don't need them for anything other than vanity reasons lol. What would I have to do to get them?

come in an see the doc. even if you have no script, you still need to be measured for contacts so they dont mess up your eyes. then hell give you a script for plano (no perscription) contacts but theyll have the right curves for your eye :)

I think the only contacts I will be interested in for the future are the trippy ones. I was glad that I had my lasik surgery 2 and a half years ago. With my job, I hated stopping to switch out contacts to regular glasses for the night/day thing. It only cost me $1800, and was well worth not dealing with the hassle anymore until I get old when I may need reading glasses.
