Without realizing It, I've lost somewhere between 15-20 pounds in the last five weeks. (cant exactly read what i wrote down a month ago, I'm pretty sure it was 239 (could be 235) and now , having forgot to check my weight for all this time, its 219. OoOo.

Didn't really think about it until i went to the general practitioner today and they weighed me. (they said I lost 10, but i gained some serious weight since the last time i was in there) I have been thinking i need to lose weight (still need to lose another 15-20) but I just lost my appetite lately due to various bad stresses. I don't feel like I'm starving myself, just don't really feel like eating nearly as much.

Probably a pretty bad weight loss system but hell, I'll take it. Silver lining to most clouds right.

Now that I'm eatting breakfast, and small lunch and a dinner I feel like my metabolisim has kicked up a notch. I have more energy during the day which is good. I just need to start walking on the treadmil for a while when I get home from school now.

I went backpacking for the first time, and I LOVED it!!! It was awesome!!! Great exercise, fresh air, and lots of FUN!!!

I've been walking a lot lately. Walking to things that I used to just hop in the car and drive to. I walked to have dinner with a great friend last night. I'm just a walking fool!!!

I can see my clavicle now....that means a lot with my body structure.

My face is slimming, butt getting smaller, you can see some definition to my stomach, and my arms are getting thinner too.

Bellydancing and hardcore yoga training is the best.

I like pilates, but honestly it doesn't do anything for me.....its the isolating different muscle groups and strengthening them with the belly dancing warm up yoga that does it.

I work out about 5 times a week. I stay active every day.

I eat only two meals a day, breakfast and a big dinner.(I don't even care what it is most of the time...I've had pizza 2 - 3 times this week O_o)

I snack here and there, a yogurt, maybe some crackers, cheesits...and drink a lot of arizona tea.

I do drink a good amount of water, and the best AZ tea is the Black and White. Minimal sugar, honey, and black+white tea.

Thats what has been working for me.

I think I need to slow down though, my skin is getting kind of losey......but I'm losing relatively slow, and gaining more definition than anything.

I never weigh myself either....that helps....I just see the results.

I lost something like 6 lbs the week I was out in California with Morbid from the stress and from us not having much time or money to eat. Not surprisingly I gained it back when I got back here.

Forgive me, rant! :rant: I am having an impossible time right now because I am having to eat at weird times to accommodate my crazy schedule. The nights I have class, it goes from 5:30pm to 9:30pm, so I either have to eat fast food for dinner at 4:45pm on my way to class, or I have to eat at 10pm when I get home from class. Both of those are completely ineffective times for me to eat healthily. If I eat before class, I am always hungry again before I go to bed. They don't even have a cafe of campus anymore that I could grab soup or salad from on my 20 minute break from class at 7 anymore. The nights that I work at my other job are the same way, except I don't get home until almost 11 those nights.

Congrats!!!

OK.. I was doing really well there for a while. I walk to most places I used to drive, within town. I walked to meet a friend at our favorite restaurant. I was seeing results, not necessarily on the scale.

I think I'm going to have to make a music compilation to dance to early in the morning.

...I think I stopped shrinking for now...I'll be shrinking as soon as it is really hot out & I can only heavy eat at night...

..I'm not doin' any sit-ups lately though...

I had this skirt buried in my "eventually" pile & I decided to try it on today.. Just to see how close I was.. & It fit :shock:

Actually when my friend gave it to Me I kinda laughed, cuz I didn't think it would fit for another year or so :happy:
