I can't drink juice, it's pill form. I tried the juice a LONG time ago, couldn't get past the taste myself. I am good with the pill form. ;) I will defo drink water, but I'm good about that, I drink at LEAST 8 glasses a day, usually more. I'm using this in conjunction with the DDR w00t! gonna kick ARSE tonight!

Have a favorite song yet? I miss DDR Max, Timata has my copy of Max and Max 2 (Max 2 rules...it has Dirty Vegas and Chemical Brothers)

I just put on a size 12 dress pants {no stretch material either}

& The 11 juniors fit great except a touch of the muffin top :hrhr: So it will be a bit longer before I wear those.

Ha.. & a bit later I put on a size 10 that fit perrrrrrfect :)

The were the jeans w/ a slight stretch, but I did not have to suck anything in to button & zip.. I was so geeked :w00t:

Since Pest has always been 100% brutally honest with me in the past, I'm thinking that he's not lying about this...but...I was takin' a bubble bath and he walked in to do his hair and told me that I'm severely thinning down :animier:.

I'm curious to see if I'll hit 190 by month's end...probably not, but I am trying. I do need a new belt or two though. I've run out of holes in mine. :wink

SWEET!...I have been slackin'...but that's 'ause I don't eat so much at Lent....I can't REALLY find the energy to get a sweat going...(unless...well..you know).....

I meant the 190s, FYI. I'm currently just a smidge, a veritable hair under 200.

the scale seems to be stuck at 211.. though my clothes keep getting bigger and bigger... um... my tummy is getting flatter, too.. AND I'M NOT EXERCISING! I'm not complaining, but WTF? i got plenty of muscle under this fat, so its not like I'm gaining more... what's the deal? my body's NEVER done this....

i don't want to weigh 211 for the rest of how ever long... i want to be under 200! :cry !

....& your welcome for all the extra "sex-for-exercise"...I knew I had a good idea...

..you see Kiddz..........if you do it right...sex makes you sweat...sweating takes calories...& using them makes you skinney! or some such blatherskite...

it also lowers cortisol response, which is the "stress" hormone that inhibits muscle repair, and signals the body to store fat. (generally speaking - it's a bit more complicated than that...) :thumbup:
