The Biggest Loser DGN Style

My tire blew today, so I had to walk five miles in 96 degree hellfire wearing a black Pokemon shirt (stfu, I bought it when I was 13 and was running out of the house really quick) and a pair of black and red leopard print fuzzy VELOUR pants with knee-high socks under them.

I take it I can skip DDR this evening...?

Sounds like a viable work out to Me ;)

Its difficult posting in a topic called "biggest loser" lol.

According to my calendar / scale I've lost 3 pounds since last week. But per usual I'm skeptical. Could have just had a particularly massive loaf-off in the last few days. :X

But I did track down the actual weight I was awhile ago. (I keep very sloppy track and never remember)

June 20th: 214

June 26th: 211

(I'm 6' 4" so that might sound like more weight than people are used to seeing on non-bodybuilder types.... thats all flab baby!)

The Pissed Off / Upset Starvation Diet System ™ © works! See? lol

The internet tells me this is not a healthy way to lose weight... lies!! (note: sarcasm)

Still have this laird-ass gut. Another 15 to go I guess. (Not really sure as the actual "weight" doesn't map onto the visual look per se, and I'm not into it enough to actually do measurements and such) GRRR!!

Keep it up Troy.

...you know..your frame is thin enough, I bet if you stick to simply choosing healthy food (over Hot'N'Now) & do about 20 sit ups a day, you'll loose a bit off that...then, it becomes easier to add 5-10 sit ups every week or so..before you know it...you'll be as thin as it looks good on you!

I never thought I would see myself wanting to lose weight, but it's happened. My metabolism has begun to play EVIL tricks on me.

The way I see it, I need to lose at least five to seven pounds.

I never used to have an issue with carrying weight around the middle, but I seem to have grown a layer of chub on top of my abs of steel. It's not the nice, round booty I grew over the winter, that's keeping my size 5 pants from fastening-- it's a bit of a belly. :X

At first, I attributed it to overindulging on salt, and my moon time, but I think this is a bit more stubborn of a problem. I've always retained water something fierce, but this time 'round, I don't think water weight gain is the issue.

I'm hoping a bit of aerobic exercise, watching the salt, and taking it easy with the fat, will cure me of my "muffin top." I don't need a roll spilling over the top of my low-rises.

In the meantime, I'm glad I have big tits, and a matching ass to draw attention away from my gutski. :hrhr:

Troy! The starvation thing is NOT healthy!!! but getting the weight off will help your cholesterol. Good job. :grouphug

A friend of mine once told me that as long as your boobs are still bigger than your stomach, you're good to go.

Guess that doesn't help the guys so much, though.

Me, I've been kind of putting off the dieting until school is over because I'm forced to eat at such weird times right now, but I have been doing twists and crunches and stuff the last couple of days, and I must be doing something right, because my abs are sore. :)
