I feel I've been spamming in this sextion (spelling error inteded) but I'm actually below the 210 mark... (207 ish). Really fucking proud of myself.

second spelling error wasn't intended but I thought that it would be funny if I left it

I'm starting to feel beefy again. I've gotten closer to normal by taking ulcer medication everyday and rarely touching soda and booze. Fitness and nutrition is my second priority right now underneath college, so I'm getting back to being serious about getting splits done completely every week.

I've been reading Arnold Schwarzenegger's biography and one of the training methods reminded me of what I did with my cousin. So I think I will change my routine to do something like that, two sets to fatigue with heavier weights, and one after with lighter weights. Due to lack of energy I was just doing two sets per exercise with moderately heavy weight, but this should maximize hypertrophy for me, and put a little more cardio into my workouts.

However, I am not excited to do this with deadlifts, and I can't fathom the kind of pain its going to bring into my life..

I'll check into the intermittent fasting. Problem is, I'm such a foodie, I don't know if I'll be able to do it.

I put info on it in this thread if you want to check it out. The worst part of it for me has been my eating window ending, then the time between that and sleep I'd have to deal with hunger pains. In the morning I wouldn't have those. On a 6 hour window I noticed I woke up pretty energetic and not groggy at all, just with little focus till I finally ate.

I can't wait until tomorrow morning to go back to LA Fitness so I can get on the court and knock tennis balls against the walls! I gained 35 lbs of the 70 I lost back and I am a fucking cow now, trying to eat gluten free and now I've kicked it up to trying to eliminate carbs almost completely. Fuck bread.

Carbs are the body's primary source of energy. Some people's energy is fine on low carb diets, other people's aren't. So you'll know if your not eating enough of them by a drop in energy.

Yessir, couldn't agree more.

Carbs from vegs and fruits and and rice are ok IMO but every BODY is different and you will need to find out what works for yours.

Or you can find out this guy marksdailyapple dot com and see that you can be a fat burner.

Or you can check out wheat belly dot com and see these guys' "trimming" options.

Or you can continue eating your "favorite poison" but in moderation.

Just make sure that you are not cutting massive back down because there is always an equally positive and more than likely opposite reaction to it (giving in and binge-eating/overeating).

Good luck.

Thank you:) I have kept good carbs like fruits and veggies but try not to eat bread, but I do miss it once in a blue.
