Black Sunday
Not only does DM still exist but they still sell a boatload of albums. In fact this is how their albums charted in the U.S. billboard charts: 2001 Exciter #8 1997 Ultra #5 1993 Songs of Faith and Devotion #1 1990 Violator #6 1988 Music for the Masses #32 1986 Black Celebration #88 So as you can see, while many people consioder DM to be a 80's band they were actually more succesful in the 90's and I'm sure their new album will probably also go top ten, which none of their 80's albums did. In fact DM only had 1 major hit song in the U.S. in all of the 1980's and that was 'people are people' which charted at #12.......and then "personal Jesus" at the tail end of the 80's charted at #28. In the 80's DM was a cult band and then they became a stadium mainstream band in the 90's.
