If you're a nerd like me this will make your day. In the "hack" section you can download a program to jailbreak your phone and then you are free to install themes and do all sorts of wonderful things to your iphone. Legitimate software, only took a few minutes for me to do it. It's really cool.

No, I doubt it. But the software isn't malicious. I'm just glad someone took the time and energy to do what Apple should have done in the first place and allow you to fully customize your iphone. Not to mention the ease of unlocking the iphone so you can use it with other carriers instead of just AT&T.

Well restoring the phone to it's original state is as easy as hooking it up to itunes and clicking "restore" in the device menu, so if you want to remove it that's all you need to do. I don't think there's any way Apple can tell if you have manipulated it after that.

But anyway I've been using it now for a while and haven't had any problems at all. It's stable and all the features still work properly. I believe this software was created with a genuine interest to the user of the phone, allowing the phone to be more useful and customizable than it already is.
