It is bad here though I don't care what anyone says. Its even bad where I live.

I had to call them recently about an attempted break in...good thing the guy gave up when he heard me yelling as it took them damn near an hour to get here. They blammed it on the roads.

I just don't think they have the resources anymore...or care that much...to many people being shot at and whatnot...not enough man power.

Detroit's too big area-wise for its population, let alone delivery of govt. services. I saw a map of Detroit recently...with the cities of Boston and San Francisco - along with all of Manhattan - placed inside the city limits with quite a bit of room to spare. It's somewhere on MSU's website, I think.
