Ok, have no clue what this is about. what did I miss?

What did you miss??? The biggest flame war I have seen in years on this board... There was a new member (now excluded) that came on to the board to start stuff... and it worked, amidst the ruckas a member of the board accused TC of being racist, as her picture makes her look very caucasion, while she is in fact very African American, TC mentioned that she was a Caucasion, she corrected him, he apologized and explained that he couldn't see the picture in her av very well and she was still very upset over the misunderstanding, and kept on insisting that he was a racist... fun was had, and I think we are all OK now... if any of this is incorrect than please correct me.

Apparently theres a PM posted over on DCC they she recieved from someone makeing racist remarks and whatnot. Who knows how much truth is in that, though since it is in the Flame forum.

Who knows who actually wrote that or even if it was an actual PM. Considerng theres two threads bashing dgn, I think it was someone who just felt like starting a flame war. Chances are it was someone from DCC( or DGN ) who new her from either RL at CC or just on the forums that doesn't like her for whatever reason.

That's just sad. There is NO good reason whatsoever to be racist. Sure, yesterday was indeed out of hand. Hopefully, that won't re-occur. We try so hard to run a nice board here, and we don't need it sullied by racist remarks....

I just want everyone to be happy.

Sad indeed. Even having dispersions cast upon my name, wouldn't make me stoop that low. Words are just words until they turn into actions. Far too many people in this world just don't know how to handle themselves, and need to develop a thicker skin and not let things said by cowards and imbiciles hurt them

I possess the soul of a protector, and unless I'm directly being physically accosted, or someone I hold dear to me is being harmed, I don't even take "action." I'll trade barbs with the best of them, but there's no reason to "threaten" anyone, ever. If either of the above scenarios came to pass, I'd just do what I had to do.
